We shop on Exporgin regularly. Shipping is always very fast and arrives without any issues. By following their discount days, I’m able to get great products at excellent prices. The baklava, especially, is always super fresh. Thank you to the Exporgin team!

I ordered baklava on Sunday. It was shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Because the delivery was so fast, I initially thought it might have been shipped from the US. After checking the tracking details, I saw that it was shipped from Gaziantep, Turkey and arrived in New York the very next day.
Very impressive logistics and delivery speed.
Congratulations to Exporgin for the excellent service.

The stuff I ordered was shipped within 3 business days from date of ordering, and they used FedEx to ship it so I had tracking every step of the way.
The dates I ordered are all really, really good and the Turkish delight was packaged the day before my order was shipped.
I did not need customer service so I cannot comment on that.
The way the items were packed was also super thoughtful! One of the date types I bought came in sort of fragile plastic casing, so they put it in its own styrofoam container so nothing would jostle it or wreck it during transport.
I’m deeply impressed with exporgin and will be ordering from here again.

I have ordered a baklava from this company. It has arrived me in 5 days from Turkey. That is OK. I know very well the taste of fresh baklava because I am Turkish. But this baklava was at least couple of weeks old, all disintegrated in the box. I shared my review and also shared the picture of the item during arrival. I gave them * actually they are not deserving any star. They did not publish it despite I tried twice. So do not believe their reviews on their website. It is not accurate.

Addendum: They returned my money totally 1 month later. This should be recorded as their honest approach. Thank you Exporgin

Don't waste your money

I find it hard to believe exporting is a real company my order never arrived I emailed them no response of course I wouldn’t even give one star

So far I give it zero stars but that’s not an option. I ordered $60 worth of chocolate August 31st. They emailed me and said they’d ship it the next day. When I ordered, the ship time was two days and I’d receive it in 5. I haven’t received my order still at its 9.17.25. I emailed them a week ago asking for an update or how I could track my order. I still have not heard back. At this point, it feels like a scam. I don’t know if I’ll ever even get my chocolate. I want my money back.

Two weeks ago, they were selling pistachio rolls for €30 with a 20% discount. This week, they claim a 30% discount, but the price is €50. This kind of pricing is misleading and dishonest. A 5–10% price increase could be justified due to rising costs, but a 100% increase is simply opportunism.

Also, although they promise delivery in 2 days, it always takes 4–5 days, and the products often arrive damaged. We used to tolerate this because the prices were fair. But with this recent change, all good faith is gone.

I can no longer recommend Exporgin. And also i posted this comment on judge.me website but it looks like they do not show negative comments.

İki hafta önce fıstık sarmasını %20 indirimle 30 euroya satıyorlardı. Bu hafta ise %30 indirimle 50 euroya satıyorlar. Bu fiyat politikası yanıltıcı ve dürüstlükten uzak. %5–10’luk bir zam maliyet artışıyla açıklanabilir ama %100 zam fırsatçılıktır.

Ayrıca teslimatın 2 günde yapılacağı söyleniyor ama her zaman 4–5 günde geliyor ve ürünler çoğu zaman hırpalanmış oluyor. Fiyatlar adil olduğu için bu duruma ses çıkarmıyorduk, ama artık iyi niyetimiz kalmadı.

Exporgin’i artık tavsiye etmiyorum. Ayni zamanda judge.me websitesinde bu yorumumu paylastim ama yorumum negatif oldugu icin gösterilmiyor muhtemelen.
