The company worker didn't answer the phone for around an hour. Finally he call me , said that I can leave the car at the parking with no checking. The rest of that rental was ok.

Great and Time Efficient service received
I have never hired a car from this company before, so wa a bit worried especially that they had no desk at the airport or a hotel across from it. I should not have been, as the collection point is just outside the hotel opposite the airport, Customer Service person arrived in 15 min from me taking a call, so they had to wait for me and the pick up process took about 10min. Questions I had were all answered. The staff was very friendly and professional. And 16 days later during the drop off, the experience was exactly the same. I am travelling to Warsaw at the end of Feb.2026 and I am hoping to find a car with this company again.

Personally NEVER again.
I have been renting quite a few cars from different companies. Never ever in my life I have experienced a thing like that. Booked through carjet.com as I always do. The price was very good, so before booking I've checked some reviews that were on a good level let's say. Landed in Kraków airport, tried to call the office number to let them know that I've arrived, no answer, the call went through the 4th time which is okay. Got a car (asked for the smallest one, instead got a Fiat Tipo Sedan, still no problem). On my way back on the motorway realised that the engine was in quite a bad shape( speed 80 km/h on 140km/h and the car was struggling, you could hear it). Everything went smooth for few days, then the 25th of December, the red light on the dashboard 'Engine Coolant Temperature too High' appears, can't switch on the car( the car was parked for the past 20 hours). Now maybe I am a woman and have no idea what that means,but it's rental so I prefer to call the office. Made more than 10 calls, no answer, send 3 or 4 emails. NO ANSWER UNTIL 4 DAYS LATER. I'm the meantime got the problem temporarily 'fixed' as the light on the dashboard kept appearing every day, after adding a engine coolant that happened to be UNDER the minimum limit. I repeat, I was driving a car for 3 days maximum 20 minutes both ways every day once a day. So pretty sure couldn't use it all in 3 days, and that is something the rental company supposed to check before Every single rental. Now the most interesting part. I supposed to drop off the car at the airport the 2nd of January at 5:30AM. Supposed to call them an hour earlier to let them know I am on my way. And that is what I did. Total calls in 2 hours:93 times. no answer. Parked a car at the parking lot, took car keys with me to do the check in, in the meantime on the phone with them, getting stressed because I really didn't know what should I do, take car keys with me and fly back or just leave the car open with car keys hidden somewhere. Just to add I was traveling by myself with my 5 year old son, so you can only imagine what I was going through. Finally after 2 hours a very nice lady answered, when I told her what happened she was really surprised and asked me to wait a moment to check what must have happened. Office have sent someone to pick up the car, got an apology through phone from the nice lady but with no explanation about what has happened.
Maybe I was unlucky this time, but I wanted to tell my part of the story.

i never got my deposit back when i was told there was no issue with the car. they dont have a building or a real place to collect the car you have to phone and wait a while... i boooked through another company not directly and somehow you had all my details wrong such as drop off time so i very nearly missed my flight waiting for the man to arive. my car had multiple warnings too.

Unfortunately, at pick up and drop off the driver delivering and collecting the car was delayed.

Wouldn’t use again.
The car itself was perfect. Getting it was an absolute nightmare. The company representative didn’t speak any English, there is no booth for the company so the instructions were to call him from the airport. When we finally managed to understand where to go, it was an outdoor parking lot at -1 degrees, trying to communicate with Google Translate for about an hour. They don’t supply snow chains like other rental companies, it doesn’t say it anywhere so keep it in mind if you think about renting from there and going someplace snowy. Also, no emergency kit like a glowing vest and no spare tire. Luckily for us we didn’t get stuck. But it really was a terrible experience. The two stars are for the car itself and the return experience which was easier.

I would not use this company
I would not use this company - at least in Krakow.
I rented a car via Booking.com from Express Car rental to be picked up at Krakow Airport. First, at pick up the driver was over an hour late. I had to call the hotline 3 times because the person never answered his mobile phone number I received when booking.
On returning the car the same s***show repeated. No one answered the number and I maneged to get hold of him again over an hour late.

Booked a Hyundai i30 (or similar) but was given a Dacia Duster with very high mileage. The car felt worn and not what I expected from the booked category. Disappointed with the substitution and the vehicle condition.
