Don't buy their "cards"

Nice hamper but they offered as extra to add a "card" for £2.50. It literally was a printed piece of paper from a home computer. And it came completely creased up. A bit cheeky to charge for this.

Sort that one out, this would be 5x stars.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.I ordered a vegan hamper for my daughters anniversary. However, 3 items were NOT vegan.I have emailed them, sent a review on their website, and tried calling, but they have not replied.
This company is not safe. Any allergies will not be taken seriously

Total scam no customer care

Total scam, i had to chase delivery as my item was dumped at a loading bay. Contacted this company twice who couldn’t care less. When my ill friend received finally her fruit it was nothing like i ordered, i complained to them again with photographs of what I ordered and what was received all i got back was a list of what should have been in the basket! Half the items were missing, it looked like it had been wrapped by a two year old. paid more for a decent hamper, cheap box provided. This company should be struck off. In addition the fruit looked days old, do not order from them you will be disappointed, customer care non existent. I have photographs of what I ordered and what arrived, no comparison

What you order is not what you get!

I sent a fruit basket to an ill relative. The only positive was that it was delivered on time - although I had to phone them to confirm they'd received the order!
It was described as 'elegantly wrapped' - I was horrified when I saw it! It wasn't the basket I paid for (I deliberately paid for a more expensive quality basket but they sent the much cheaper one) and the wrapping looked like no more than some cling film wrapped round the fruit! The presentation was awful! I have emailed them three times (they ignored the first one) but made the excuse that they can only send the baskets they have available despite the fact that I paid £14 extra to get the one I wanted!!

COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS DO NOT USE

COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS, DO NOT USE! Paid for next day delivery, Now been ten days and it has not been delivered. No one answers the telephone or replies to emails. I highly doubt we will get our money back. We also do not want a basket of mouldy fruit arriving 2 weeks late.

I would give this 0 if I could

I would give this 0 if I could. Have used this company several times but this time disastrous. Ordered at the weekend for Tuesday delivery. Received msg that driver could not deliver. Emailed them. No contact. received same msg next day. Tried to call, no reply. Sent more emails no reply. Tried to contact delivery company direct. No joy. The venue I am sending fruit to is huge, well known and is open 6am to 10 pm. Now on 3rd day, no contact, no delivery and even if my parcel is delivered today, a basket of mouldy fruit which has been sitting on a van for three days is more of an insult than a thanks. Wont use again

Ordered for next day delivery

Ordered for next day delivery - took payment and 24 hours later advised that as I am based in Scotland it would be a further 5 days!! For item to be sent - no answer on phone number listed have called many times - false advertising!

Delivery was fine

Delivery was fine. Contents of basket not quite as advertised - no grapes and nothing added as substitute. A little disappointing as it was sent as a thank you gift and for over forty pounds it really didn’t look much. Reviews are all excellent, possibly because they only show the good ones. Mine, which was polite, honest and detailed, has not been published.
