Horrible spray tan machine never worked

am i getting scammed? made an order over 2 weeks ago, and all i ever received was an automatic confirmation email right after. Never heard anything and reached out to the customer service 2 times, without success. Mine Tan can you please send to me what I paid for???

We ordered a home delivery nearly two weeks ago and it still ahsnt arrived. Ive emailed the company three times and we've had no response.. there's no phone number so at the moment we are stuck as to what to do next! Extremely frustrating as I love the tan when i get it done professionally so I wanted to get the self foam tan.

I’ve been using MineTan for over 5years I’m a spray tan professional with many customers. I ordered two bottles of double dark spray tan solution in March 25 as it was on buy one get one free .. they said it was out of stock & sent me coconut solution. I opened both bottles this week & they were both green . I’ve complained but been told it’s out of the time scale . Evidently both bottles are full as I already had stock open . I feel they sent this product as they knew it was short dated I’m applaud.

I have been using the blue coconut tan foam for about 9 months now and I’m obsessed, of all the tans I’ve used over the years, including Bali Body, St Tropez, and Bondi Sands this is by far the best for a streak free coverage and amazing colour. I have very fair skin and this gives me such a lovely olive colour, I get so many compliments! Love it!!

Hi, I purchased a bottle of Mine Tan from Chemist Warehouse in Spotswood, Victoria, yesterday. It is the new shape bottle, which I'd never purchased. I went to use it today (for the first time), and upon opening it and pressing the pump down, all the tan liquid just kept leaking out of the top, not creating any foam. The bottle literally keeps dripping all the tan out everywhere and I haven't even been able to use the product. I am extremely disappointed as I have wasted money on a product that i cannot use.

I really think that as a business you should be aware of this occurring, as its not fair on customers that spend their well earned money on faulty products.

this is an excellent product. My wife has tried all of the other brands but mine tan is her favourite, particularly the Moroccan dark tan. It works great and leaves her sensitive skin supple and smelling nice. They also have pretty amazing customer service which was an unexpectedly nice touch.

Buyer beware! Make sure to read the return policy. I foolishly did not. There were a lot of good reviews so I didn’t think I needed to then after going back and reviewing I noticed many of the reviews on their site are duplicates to make it seem like they have a ton of great reviews. The bronze babe spray gun is terrible. In trying to return, the customer service gives the run around and cites the warranty policy and will not refund any money! I was asked to make a video with the spray gun to prove the malfunction and once reviewed a new machine could be sent. The spray gun is not what you see in the videos. Mostly air that comes out, which I’m sure I will be told is not a malfunction so therefore I’ll be stuck with my $70 tanning machine that doesn’t work. I simply would have liked to return and purchase foam products. Will never buy from this company again.

Minetan customer service are awful. They just quote their terms and conditions and refuse to engage or help at all. Pduct is good but the new pump dispenser on the mousse stopped working after one pump. Runny brown mess everywhere.

DONT BUY!! I never recieved my machine and trying to get a response is unbelievable 3 days for an email to say the same thing over and over the company don't care after they've got your money

Not even worth one star. Purchased the spray machine came faulty just sent me a spare part still doesn't work sprays everywhere I purchased the Moose tan the extra dark one doesn't even take at all left it on overnight and no tan whatsoever left went to use the double dark one and the tan just spilled all out the base sent multiple emails to customer service to try and get a refund or them to do something about it and I haven't had a penny back I haven't had any help and I haven't had any replacements definitely avoid this company and absolute disappointment and reading through a lot of these reviews people Echo this as well I don't know how they can live with themselves as a company absolutely disgusting

I was hesitant to order after seeing the reviews, but I am very happy with my order.

I made the order on Thursday and it was delivered by Monday to where I live in the UK. A lot quicker than I expected.

I have used the rose water face tanner for one night and it has left a nice glow, hopefully it will be buildable. No patchiness or streaks which is really nice.

Would definitely recommend!

I brought the ain’t nobody got time for that 9 minute tan, doesn’t work.
Did exactly what it said left it about at least 10 minutes. Showered for 45 seconds, woke up no tan. Don’t bother

Ordered over a month ago and still have not received product and tried contacting company and no response. Scam!

Ordered1 item from these over 2 weeks ago and notning. Emailed them about situation and no response. You only get one chance with me, and when ordering anything again, I must read reviews first.. ABYSMAL

Shocking products. Avoid at all costs. They made my skin look orange and I came out in a rash and when I contacted the company to advise them they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to me. I emailed them on different email addresses four times and they just ignored me. Strongly advise you not to purchase products from them.

I bought my daughter the tan machine set and tent ,the machine would spray water but not the spray so not usable,I got in touch about it which they wanted pics and video which I sent, They kept saying that they weren't good enough so I sent More and more clearly you could see the water sprayed but the tanning didn't, but no refund nothing got a useless machine with tan and tent now and one very not happy teenager as it was her birthday present,I'm so angry!! Paid over £100 DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE!!!

I recieved my soray gun an solution yesturday used it lsst night i personally chose to leave it on overnight an the results are amazing so dark no streaks delivery was quick eaasy to set up woukd definalty recommend

I will never ever use this company again that's all I have to say please please don't just look at the reviews enough said
