Everything went smoothly since the renew email

I have forgotten that my insurance with them is still valid until 17 Jan, earlier asked them to give me a quote, but I was rejected. But late received an email to remind me to renew the insurance, and everything since then went ok.

Your company does not have BPay

Your company does not have BPay. With AI and scams being common these days, many people like myself are reluctant to share credit card details and make payments online. I had to negotiate with EI broker so they could send my details of your bank account so I could do a direct payment. THEN I had to email a copy of the payment details to the broker so I could then be sent a current policy and a receipt. Very clunky, very last century. Could be EASILY fixed with a BPay arrangement - like many modern businesses have.
