Formerly known as Express Football Kits, Express Sport launched in April 2022 as the sister site to football teamwear specialists Direct Soccer. Following lockdown 2020 and due to team sports being suspended, we quickly had to re position our business to ensure we could keep trading during extremely challenging times. We focused on providing high quality sportswear to individuals wanting to train at home with a focus to staying fit during the pandemic. We now have this fantastic new customer base who along with football teams and clubs are looking for quality branded clothing at great prices. We are still fully committed to our football teams and clubs that are looking for their personalised kits delivered quickly but we are looking to support our new fitness customers with a great range of fitness clothing and accessories, all delivered next day and at the same great pricing as before. We hope you will join us on this exciting journey as we grow the Express Sport brand.

i bought 10 balls and because i made an…

i bought 10 balls and because i made an error in the way i ordered them i did not get the free ball bag.
POOR customer service as even when i emailed they didnt care.
sometimes common sense needs to prevail, i paid the same price as i would have when doing the multibuy?
it doesnt need to need to be a rocket scientist to work it out

HI Spencer, I am so sorry that you were not happy with the service offered. We do include links to the multi buy offer on every football product page so that the customer is aware that they need to purchase via the Multi buy page to receive the free bag. Our warehouse is automated so when the multi buy offer is purchased it triggers adding the free bag to the order. We also have many customers that buy large amount of balls but do not require the free bag as they use their own branded ones. We have tried to make this as clear as possible but I will feed your comments back to our web team to see if we can further highlight this.
