Excellent quality uniform, fast and rapid service/delivery. Always very friendly and polite customer service :) we love my son’s uniform! Cannot fault Express Uniform - keep up the great work!

Ordered both my children’s uniform whilst they were at Pownall Hall School. I found the system easy and efficient and even had one parcel hand delivered to my home! Great service 👍

I cant get my head around how these companies get away with selling school uniforms at such extortionate prices, and parents just put up with it like this is totally normal
I am about to buy a plastic polyester micro plastic school jumper including postage for 28 pounds. Postage will cost me 5.50 for one jumper, and then I have to wait 5-7 for it to arrive. If I want it next day, I will have to pay 10.00.
It's not just Express, it's Monkhouse, and all the other uniform suppliers buying from Chinese suppliers and marking up the prices hundreds of per cent.
How these people genuinely sleep at night is beyond me...
All I can say is, this won't go on for much longer.

I purchased my son's reception uniform from Express Uniform. Express Uniform are the new supplier for Lacey Green Primary Academy and their uniform is SO MUCH better than the previous supplier. EU's jumpers are really well made, the label indicates they are made in the UK which is great! They are softer and a neater knit than the previous suppliers jumpers. I have also purchased sportswear, a bookbag, hat and gloves from EU and I am very happy with the quality of everything. The process of purchasing the items was smooth and I had the option of next day delivery which is great in case we lose anything. I spoke to a EU representative over the phone prior to purchasing to ask a sizing question and I found them to be very informative and polite. I would definitely recommend Express Uniform! 5 stars!

Express uniform deliver excellent service - having used them for 2 year groups they have continued their brilliant order/deliveries without hesitation. They reply same day and can do express deliveries when needed.

Express Service from Express Uniform.

The usual supplier for our son’s uniform was unable to source the blazer size we required. Express Uniform managed to design and deliver the exact style of blazer, raincoat and tie needed (despite the Express Uniform not being the usual supplier for this particular school) all within 5-7 days, and in time for his start date at short notice. We also ordered shirts, shorts, socks as well as pinafores for my daughter. The clothes have washed well and the quality has been much better than some other high street brands. Thank you Express Uniform, especially Marnie, for your help turning around our order with speed.

Absolutely fabulous!! When ordering a school uniform online, I always get apprehensive that not all of the uniform will turn up together and I will have to wait for the rest to be delivered! Not with Express Uniform, I placed a large order as my son had started a new school and needed everything. Every item I ordered arrived all together, packed neatly and great delivery. When I ordered an extra item and had a problem with delivery, not a problem again Express Uniform sent out my item again! Fabulous Customer Service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. When I found out my daughters new school didn't have a physical uniform shop I was quite disappointed as I feared ordering online I wouldn't have it quickly and I didn't want to pay for expensive delivery charges.
However....... I cannot fault the service I have received from Express Uniform. It was delivered within 24hrs of ordering and I am very pleased with the quality and the sizing was spot on. I cannot thank them enough as my daughter has done a school transfer and her start date is quickly approaching. A little suggestion would be to have a tester uniform, 1 of each size at the school, that could be quickly tried on to see the sizes, for parents who struggle with the sizing. I obviously missed the pop up shops over the summer.

Fabulous! What a totally excellent service! My son realised at the last minute that his blazer was too small and the pants too big. Ordered new ones they were delivered that day in time for school the next day! Cannot thank them enough! Fabulous, friendly, helpful and professional with an amazingly fast delivery!
