Adjustable waist skirt needs to be offered, alteration service or intermediate sizes, as there is size 28 or 30 only. 28 is too tight and 30 too big, needs to be rolled around waist then it does not look smart.

Thank you for your review. We use a standard sizing system on our uniform. It appears your daughter is in between sizes. When such instances occur, it is possible for the skirt to be altered (the top button can be moved to a different position). £10 delivery charges
The staff were very helpful however as I didn’t know what size jumper I needed I ended up paying delivery charges twice - £10. If the arrangements could be changed so that a delivery is made to school and the child brings it home or allow parents to pick up items from Express Uniform office then this might ease the burden of delivery charges.

We did offer the option for parents/children to exchange items at the school but this was stopped at some schools during COVID. We are working with the schools to see how we can re-implement this as soon as possible. We will update all parents once we have found a solution. We also offer free shipping on orders over £50.
