Really low prices very quick postage would use again

Excellent watch, excellent price, excellent service

Ordered a high-end Seiko watch at a very competitive price and it arrived day after posting, as stated. I contacted the shop, with a query, and the matter was dealt in an efficient and polite manner engendering trust in them as a retail outlet.

I placed an order for a new Seiko watch which showed as being in stock & offered next day delivery.
However 3 days later & no delivery despite email confirmation of the order & an email asking me to do a review of my purchase for TrustPilot!!
I therefore sent an email chasing my order & to my surprise I was told my order did arrive from the supplier as it is out of stock! This is despite Express Watch's website showing that it was in stock & offering next day delivery!!!

I'd been tempted to buy this watch for months. Express had it in stock, no delivery charge, and 10% off for that day, so I bought it that evening. It arrived 36 hours later, first class, well packed in lots of bubblewrap, and was as nice-looking as the photos led me to believe. Slim, light (titanium body and strap), and I'll never need a battery. The size can be adjusted by removing links, which Jordans Jewellers in Aylesbury did; the clasp only has 2mm of user adjustment, but I have the links if it ever needs re-sizing. The back has a glass centre so you can see the Kinetic changing "pendulum" moving, and there's a button to show how much charge you have left; if you wear it regularly, you'll never need to worry about that. I am delighted with the watch, and the prompt, well-packed delivery.

I am very pleased with the watch and the great service offered by the company. I would recommend without hesitation.

Excellently priced watch so no grumbles there also well packaged.
initially called to ask about the watch before purchasing and was slightly surprised that despite being a seiko specialist they didn't know anything about the solar mechanism and had to read an instruction manual.
Watch was also listed as out of stock so had to email as to when it would be in stock as the website did not give accurate details. To be fair my e mail was replied to promptly and courteously.
It would have been good to get a follow up email as to when it had been dispatched as it turned up the following day when I was out which resulted in a trek to the post office to pick it up which was inconvenient.
My main gripe however is that despite my request to size the bracelet it wasn't done so I can't wear the watch and need to find a local jewellers to take out links which will cost me approx £10 with yet more inconvenience

1 Ordered my watch online
2 For some reason I didn't get an email confirmation but did get an order number via the website
The old-fashioned way:
1 I thought I'd better ring up to check everything was okay
2 I spoke to a gentleman who said he would check and ring me back in five minutes
3 The gentleman rang me back within five minutes and confirmed that the delivery had been sent

Ordered a Seiko Sportura Kinetic GMT online and this comes with a steel bracelet as standard. I also wanted a Seiko leather strap - not an option with the blue face / yellow GMT hand which I wanted. So I phoned ExpressWatches and they sorted it all out for me. I received the watch with the standard next-day service and will receive the leather strap when Seiko have stock.
Very helpful people and easy to deal with.
