Didn’t know it took so long to receive my Duvet. The quality is not what I expected to be for as it being Louis Vuitton. They say my second order was delivered on Sept 22. Which was untrue. I know that was not your fault. I was home. Nobody’s knocked rang doorbell. I requested that it be left on my patio without a signature. I tried to go back to place my 3rd order. Cannot go to where it was saved. Should be easier.

It’s horrible service!! They will never get another dime from me. I ordered a four piece Polo bathroom set and it was four different shades of blue. Very poor quality. Don’t waste your time spending money with them. They wouldn’t offer me a refund. I wish I could’ve gave them a zero for a rating!!

Worst experience
I would have left 0 stars if that was an option. The shipping was terrible. It kept being delayed. When it arrived, the quality was poor. Definitely not worth $80! The ties on the four corners of the duvet cover were cheap scraps of fabric that frayed. The comforter would not stay in place and kept sliding to the bottom of the duvet cover which rendered the duvet cover unusable. So I contacted customer service to return it due to poor quality. They were not helpful. Their only offer was 10% of my money back which was worthless because I couldn’t use the product. I was not permitted to return it for a full refund. Will never shop here again!!!!

Love the quilt, but it is not printed right.
I love the quilt! It is beautiful & the colors are awesome. However, the quilt pattern is on the quilt wrong. When I put the quilt on the bed the way it fits best, the flags are running the wrong way. The quilt doesn't fit right if I put the flags upright like they should be. I will keep it because it's just on my bed & no one sees it but my husband & I. Wish it was right.

The service was exceptional the product on the other hand is misleading the comforter is not a true comforter .It is very thin .It is not a full set as I thought no fitted sheet was included and it definitely not true to size the graphics and material was of poor quality I have ordered two bathroom sets from another company and had no issues with quality all in all extremely unsatisfied with the product will not order again nor recommend anyone else to order.
