Had a great experience using their service. They are very professional and communicate promptly and clearly. Pricing was reasonable with no hidden costs involved. Planning submission and approval process was seamless. My only suggestion is that they should also consider the budget constraints of the customer before recommending a particular design. But overall, I am happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

What a fantastic service I have just recieved from the whole team at Extention plans UK.
I needed extention plans drawn up as my husband is disabled and we required a large downstairs bathroom and a re-jig to our kitchen.
On first call to Phillip, he explained the best way forward and gave us the heads up on whats next.
Mackensie then made regular contact keeping us updated with all the proceedures needed.
Even taking us though permitted developement.
Natalia drew up the plans, tweeking them to suit our personal needs.
Extra wide doors ect, to a high standard.
All the staff were very attentive, polite and delivered what we asked for and more.

I found extension plans from a recent loft conversion at another property in the area had approved.
I spoke with a few companies and found extension plan overall to be the most informative, willing to answer questions and upfront.

The turnaround time that they managed to complete a site survey and submit drawings to the local council could not have been more efficient and they have always kept me informed of every step no matter how small.

Lovely experience dealing with the team at Extension plans UK for my loft conversion.

Chris the MD sorted a physical survey within 2 days of me contacting them.

The Architect Kamila was very charming and understood what I was trying to achieve. They initially went with planning guidelines from the council planning guide, but agreed to push the scope based on my original vision.

Mackenzie and Berkay managed the submission to the council, and responded to my queries through a slow council process.
We got planning permission on the first try.

Quotes were clear and very reasonable.
Payment in installments to match the process through their portal.

Only improvement I can recommend is a way to pay online rather than via bank transfer.

Excellent company delivered the extension plans on time with details.

They were extremely helpful, turned things around quickly (which was important for us given the house is unliveable) and listened to what we wanted in our plans. They made the process seamless and pain-free and we got planning permission promptly. I would highly recommend them as an architectural team for any home renovation project!

My builder recommended Extension Plans UK for a rear kitchen extension and they were great at guiding me through the process. I had a general idea of what I wanted to achieve and it is undoubtedly more difficult trying to convey everything in a design call rather than in person. After the initial set of drawings I had some queries that were quickly answered and helped cement the final design which went through planning with no problems.
There have been updates at every step of the process and I would highly recommend the services offered and would use them again in the future.

What a great experience! The design was quick and the amends we wanted were no problems. I was amazed at how quickly everything was done. Planning application was smooth! We contacted the team for help with drawings for a rear kitchen extension. This was our first time dealing with building works and planning, the team were available to answer any questions and guide us through the process. They are generally pretty quick at getting back to us by email which is great. We had some questions after our initial set of drawings which the team did answer through email but it would have been useful to speak to the architect directly about these.
The team helped us with drawings, council application and serving party wall notices. Super useful to have these all completed in one place.

Giving 4 stars not 5 as there were a couple of miscommunications during the process. However, these were resolved by the team.

We recently moved into our new home with the mother-in-law and we need to get planning permission submitted to covert the garage, so as most people do I asked my good friend google and I was provided with a number of companies I called a few and when I spoke to Philip he was very informative and explained the who process in layman terms everyone I spoke to Joshua, Rebecca and Kate were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble I was kept informed at every stage and a detailed breakdown of cost was provide from the beginning with no hidden cost.
