Showroom and sales very professional. Aftersales customer service was not at the same level as the people in the showroom. It took a lot of time and many phonecalls before a solution was found.
Visit in the showroom : very professional which helped very much to make our choice.
After the sales, our contacts with customer service were not given answers on our questions.
Only the last person we had proposed the solution.
At the end it the problem will be solved.
