Having an excellent credit rating and existing business accounts with high street banks I assumed it would be easy to set up a new adventure, but due to the nature of the business no high street bank would touch me, absolute nightmare!!

I found ExtraDirect on a google search and got in contact, Wes got back to me within 24 hours and following on from a discussion we started the process, we supplied all information and documents Wes required! its wasn't easy but he not only got us a business account but also a secure payment organisation so the business and our customers are covered.

Well where do I start. I had a business account with Cashplus and 5 weeks in they decided to shut me down, the same day I recieved the email stating they were closing me down. Great, panic mode set in and I applied for 6 or 7 different accounts which were all declined, I felt that all hope was lost. The 6 months of all our work gone overnight. I had pretty much given up. Then on Google I came across Extra Direct. At this point I had given up but emailed and called the very next day thinking it would be a deadend but what's 1 more decline. I spoke to a guy called Wes who was extremely help from start to finish. He explained what he could do and decided to give it a go. All I can say is that without this man Wes and Extra Direct my business would be gone and with it all my dreams, money and time invested gone too. I was a wreck and Wes genuinely caring and also got the job done. Look no further than these guys they literally save my business. Thank you so much.

I struggled finding a business bank account over 10+ applications were rejected and i was contemplating whether to use their service or not. The service I received from Extra Direct was excellent and I would highly recommend them. My business is in the gaming/gambling sector which is notoriously hard to find a banking partner.
