T was very friendly, polite and helpful. He explained what he will be going and how he be working. He cleared everything after his job and took all the rubbish with him.

Responding to my trustpilot review by maintaining an incorrect version of events does not constitute decent customer service. You know that most people are unlikely to have the time and resources to devote to fighting you. You ruined my extractor and then dishonestly claimed it had nothing to do with your chemical cleaning. It has cost me dearly and I feel angry and totally ripped off. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I pay a monthly subscription to this company for an annual hob and oven clean. I am still waiting a year later for them to replace my hob top due to whatever chemicals they used discoloured my matt black hob. This year they are yet to turn up for an appointment. First one apparently the employee had an emergency! No phone call to let me know I only found out after phoning due to a no show. Today again after an hour of waiting I phoned and was told he was held up on another job. Funny that as I had a phone call 3 hours prior to my appointment saying could he come now? No I booked the time I did due to work commitments. I then get told they don’t really like making appointments after 3pm as it’s gets too late for the technicians if they have issues!! When did a working day finish at 3pm?? Certainly not when they persuaded me to sign up. So again after an hours wait I get asked if they can rebook for a 3rd time. I said I wanted to cancel my subscription and wanted a refund on what has been paid. They said they don’t like doing this as they are not refusing to clean my oven yet they are not showing up for booked appointments? Awful company I will be taking this further along with the written and photographic evidence I have of the damage done to my hob. Please use another company don’t book with these cowboys! Customer service is simply non existent…..

I had booked for an oven cleaning today between the hours of 12 and 3. Nobody turned up to do the job. I booked this almost 3 weeks ago and arranged for a day off work. I got a phone call 2 and a half hours later from a manager asking if the technician was with me which we found rather puzzling. Very disappointed with this service. Will not be using this company going forward.

John Tse is an absolute asset to Extreme Homecare - his cleaning was second to none - the ovens look brand new and he was friendly, courteous, thorough and extremely tidy in his work. I hope this gets passed onto his manager because he is fabulous.

Awful customer service, only sent text to say my appointment had been cancelled and rebooked for a date over 2 weeks later even though I booked 2-3 months ago. The date is when I’m on holiday, I’ve called and left voicemails 5 times to re arrange, over the last week, I have had no call back.
I have a plan with them for monthly charge for 2 cleans per year, for the last 2-3 years they have cancelled the appointment every single time! The cleans are good when they finally turn up!

Shocking company. Used for a number of years paying each time to have my oven cleaned. Signed up to the monthly plan last year and since then, they’ve cancelled 3 times, took my money, not replied to emails or voicemails and I’m yet to have a single appliance cleaned since signing up! Disgraceful.

Left a mess in my toilet! Plenty of bleach to clean toilet after number 2! Broke the oven door left dirt on kitchen cupboards and floor. Won't be using again. Would give no stars if I could. Asked for my money back, was told I'd get a call back but nothing. Disgusted. Today I have gone to use my oven for the first time since being cleaned and the door fell off! Apparently someone coming tomorrow to fix. When asking the manager if they were insured, he asked why! You couldn't make it up seriously. Update. Different engineer came out and was late and couldn't fix. They ordered a new part and after some straining and frustration fixed the door today. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I never asked for a completely new oven I asked if they were insured, as at the time my door was hanging off my cooker! It didn't take 24 hours to fix it took a senior engineer 2 visits and he was swearing as he struggled to fix it to the point that I ended up helping him! Swerve these guys, you can tell by there non apologetic response, how they treat customers!

Operative were late, spent twice as long as he estimated on initial inspection (not too bad) , then left leaving the top oven half done and with the mess all over the floor. When we turned the oven on the kitchen filled with acrid smoke. We paid (they have no card paying facility) then complained, they offered to come back but we don’t want them back. I spent the evening doing it myself having paid £65

One star and that's only because I can't leave none, 1st time they called they did a good job, they put me on their monthly plan, then I saw their true colours, I have to chase them, they continually cancel appointments, in the meantime they now have £40 of my money and they have cancelled me yer again but fir the last time, use them if you want, they'll never cross my doorstep again, no doubts I won't get my money back, but hopefully this will prevent anyone else from falling foul of their poor service!

The young man that came to clean the oven did a fabulous job. My oven has never looked so clean. He had the right mix of professionalism and excellent customer service. He was a credit to the company

Astonishing is the only word I can use to describe the job expert technician Ben did on my oven. This firm are simply the best when it comes to this trade and I would never go anywhere else again.
