I had my oven, washing machine and dishwasher cleaned today and it was great. I was notified that he was on his way, he was respectful and professional, protecting the floor and cleaning up any mess made. He explained everything to me and was extremely polite.

It was like my cooker was cleaner than when I bought it.

The technician flooded our kitchen by not replacing the filter properly. The company then wouldn’t send him back to help my pregnant wife deal with it until 6 hours later. (We notified them of the issue as soon as it was detected within 90mins)

So far, company have been rude and refused to give a refund - instead only offering £30 as good will for hours of us having to dry the kitchen, under utilities and causing the floor to warp. Not to mention having to ruin towels cleaning dirty water.

Still to this date, they refuse to offer a refund despite all the issue and damage they have caused.

Steer well clear and choose a different company - these can’t be trusted.

It really isn’t worth the risk.

Customer services kept me updated of any changes and ensured they also suited my schedule and not just the technicians. Technician arrived pretty much on time. Was friendly and did a fantastic job on my ovens.

Engineer did a cracking job. Very satisfied. Pleasant young man to boot.

Their services is poor they cancelled my appointment without letting me know. They called the 30th august 2023 offering an oven cleaning service to which I didn’t want, I said I wish to proceed and have my washing machine, dish washer and dryer cleaned. I got a text message message on the 30th Aug 2023 to say they would come on the 31st August 2023 between 10-12. I called today 31st of Aug 2023 to confirm my appointment and was told firstly that someone from extreme home care called on the 30th Aug 2023 and spoke to my tenant or previous home owner who said they never requested this service but I explained to Jade that I never said that I said I don’t wish to have my oven cleaned I wanted their other services and then she said it was the system fault and that they were not even in the area today so don’t know why it was booked in. When I explained I had to pay for childcare to look after my children as they have allergies and can’t be around when the cleaning is done she didn’t even seem to care but to say she just got in. When I told her that their services is appalling and wish to speak
To manager she just wanted to get me off of the phone and didn’t even want to be on the phone. I understand that mistake happens but to say that they spoke to a tenant of mine on my phone number to whom said they don’t live at my address is a lie that conversation never took place they cancelled my appointment and lied which isn’t a good customer service. If you make a mistake own up to it but don’t lie.

Super efficient and I wouldn’t be without them. Saves me doing a job I least like and worth every penny. Thank you so much.
