What a Rip off

A booking service that charges £70 for booking only, is surely best described as a rip-off. To rub it in I had to ring twice to get any confirmation of my booking. An excellent engineer called today, but he got not a penny of the original booking fee.

Hidden costs not explained at booking beware!

asked for someone to come to help with car key not responding said they would send someone
they wanted a £50.00 payment straight of not even being clear for what. I thought this could be used towards costs of repairs
no one rang back so had to chase to get a repair done.
Man came 2 days later to sort out why my key fob was not responding .Needed to replace the rubber buttons as they were not making contact with sensor put 2 bits of tape on the old one showed me which one to order from ebay and charged another £70.00
Would not accept card payment wanted to drive me to a cash machine. Was not told about cash only when booking.
When I booked I asked If they have parts and they said yes they can easily get them
SO has cost £120.00 plus ebay cost £.3.40 for a very temporary fix

brilliant company

i was recommended this company by my mum as i lost my keys to my 5 series bmw and it was the fastest response i had received today and they were very polite so i would recommend this company to everyone.

I have never know such a persistent…

I have never know such a persistent passionate locksmith ,He came on Sunday and while he tried many times to get my car sorted out there was a fault that his persistent could not repair not though trying,It appears my car chip had been altered so the information of the original key has been change so unless he had this my car was not able to be fixed.I really am grateful for and understand we cannot always have what we want.I am now going to have to go and see if i can find another way of getting my car going again with a more expensive method.which the AA has advised me to go here first.To try to save me money. Exreme locks return my money which I was very great-full for and after all this trouble I had got into due to losing the chip from my keys,I rang the AA three days later to get them to take me tothe garage that replaced a previous lost chip key,AA busy had to wait,so I walked around where I was when i noticed my key opened and guess what it was by a dog litter bin I had used right on the floor ooops ,big smile put it back in my key and it started straight back up ooops so cancelled the AA and the Garage quick,lesson of the day get a spare key .Any many thanks to Extreme locks for all there help.

I thought the service and help I…

I thought the service and help I received today from Auto Locksmiths ( which is part of Extreme Locks) was really superb. My bag at Manchester airport was accidently taken which had my cars keys in and then later returned. As I explained the situation from when the bag went missing they were efficient and helpful. The locksmith Tom was really helpful and got back to me when he said he would. I explained that the bag was found at the airport and the person I spoke to at the company again was helpful. I was fortunate that Tom hadn't started off on his journey to meet me. I would recommend this company

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. The telephone operator was warm and friendly and they were available to answer all of my questions. As it turned out I was able to fix my key myself meaning I didn't have to wait for the new Renault Megane key to be ordered, after I told Extremelocks of this with no hesitation they gave me a full refund and I got all my money back. It is not often that a service would give you a full refund in these circumstances. Also I was surprised how quickly they would have been able to get a new key for me and at a reasonable price. They quoted £200 and stated they could have the key fixed in 2 working days, for the same job Arnold Clark were quoting £330 and said the new key could take up to 10 days. Honest company and I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend them as they were happy to assist me when I lost my car keys and did not have a spare one either!!!!!!

Customer service was polite and helpful…

Customer service was polite and helpful even when dealing with myself who knows nothing about this stuff. And when the issue was sorted before the appointment they where understanding and happy to cancel.
