Worst customer service experience
Their customer service tech lacks knowledge about the products that they sell on their website. I had an interaction with a guy named Josh who was quite rude and had some attitude. He didn't want to listen to me and kept arguing with me.
In the Jeep after-market world, there are plenty of choices, and there is tough competition, so you need to have top-notch customer service to establish a great reputation.
