I like that I can talk with someone and get answers to questions I have. It’s an actual phone call with a real person that can talk specifics about the item and will look up what you are asking about instead of giving some canned response.

Techs have guided me and helped from the beginning. I had one glitch receiving a soft top and through email again the tech was very generous, understanding and helpful. ExtremeTerrain was the only company that offered the light sand colored top I wanted for my '94. Since, I have ordered several more products.

I have been sharing the site with a great deal of people who also have Tacomas. I have found everything I have searched or was wanting to put on my truck. And the best part is I was able to find things in my price range rather being open box or clearance or sale prices

Used the chat feature to verify what tires would work for the wheel I wanted to buy. Quick run through the automation and was talking to a person quickly. Second time I called because the wheels had gone up in price. Sales rep called me on the phone and gave me a bigger discount than what was on the website. My wheels arrived a day early. Still waiting on the lugs, but customer service has been excellent!

Fast and easy to use

While I found the Extreme Terrain staff easy to work with and supportive I cannot recommend anyone purchase these grab handles from REDROCK, I had to return the first set due to the passenger side handle not being formed to fit and the countersink for the mounting bolts being drilled on the wrong side of the handles.

The staff at Extreme Terrain were helpful and sent me a replacement set with no issues. Checking the replace set of handles from REDROCK the handles both fit correctly however the countersinks were still drilled on the wrong side of the handles. I decided it was not worth the time to try for a third set of handles since the incorrect countersink issue seems be a factory defect that is stock at Extreme Terrain.

I will continue to purchase parts from Extreme Terrain but i won't recommend any parts from REDROCK.

I would have given five stars if it were not one thing. One day after placing my order I got a coupon in my email for money off any orders over $100. My order was definitely over $100. Not only was it frustrating it kind of pissed me off.

It is too easy. There are some glitches for PayPal pay. But other than having to re-checkout, it is too easy to spend all of my money on your site.
