Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They don't answer emails, they don't pick up the phone. They keep your money and run away with it. I rarely write reviews, but fell compelled here to warm people of these blatantely illegal practices.
Sent multiple emails after receiving the wrong item, zero reply. I have sent the item back for a return, which was successfully delivered by the courrier two weeks ago, and yet they have not refunded me—despite me sending more emails. Do not shop with them!

The climbing shoes I was looking for were only here.
They said they would give you a discount if you transfer cash. I sent money because I believed them like a fool.
I sent them exact amount of dollars as their order confirmation.
But they used the exchange rate as an excuse to ask me send more money. I canceled the order and requested for a refund.
They canceled the order but didn't return the money. I've been sending multiple emails for a month now, but they haven't replied at all.
I regret accessing their homepage and sending money stupidly.
They are crooks.
+ In my review, they commented that they will take the necessary actions for the refund, thank you for the feedback.
I'm still sending them an email asking for a refund until now, and they still haven't answered back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM ALERT. FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
order number: UK-00146751. I ordered on 10th sept, I stupidly opted to pay them via bank transfer ( I have done this many times with other companies and have had no issues). They received my money into their bank account on 12th Sept at the latest.
I emailed them to follow this up and get confirmation of receipt of payment. No reply.
On 17th sept I receive an automated message stating that I have not paid for the items and so they cannot send them. I have since emailed the company almost daily to both info@exxpozed co uk and info@exxpozed com and I have even emailed the owner of the company Andreas Oliver Bindhammer (a.bindhammer @ exxpozed com). I have had no reply to any of these messages. I have also tried to contact them via Facebook and Instagram. I have also called their shop in Germany as well on the number provided +4983193062470. I waited for 30 mins and had no answer. I called again and this time waited for 45 mins with no answer.
This is beyond unacceptable behaviour. I cannot believe Exxpozed continues to get away with this. I have emailed now to request a refund. I do hope that I will actually get some kind of response this time. If not i will be sending a formal complaint to econsumer . gov who although they may not be able to investigate my personal issue they will at least be able to investigate this company and expose them.

I'm still waiting for my refund
16 business days passed since the customer service told me that they initiated the refund but I did not received it still. They do not answer to my mails, despite being officially told they are always welcome to help.
Now I request to immediately transfer my money back and send me the official bank transfer slip that you really initiated the transfer.

I returned my order in May and still waiting for my refund. Several emails with no response. I've been on the phone to them waiting for 2h in the line got to number 1 in the line and then they hung up. This happened twice. I want my refund. This is not acceptable!

if only i checked the reviews before hand - orders lots of items from this store and kept a small percent of them - send back the rest and at least 30 emails and not heard anything back. Ordered on 26/7/23, I knew one of the items wasn't in stock at the time.... but apart from one email on 10th august I've heard nothing since !.....
So I emailed on the 8/9/2023, I got an automated response saying delays of up to 72 hours might be possible for a reply .... TEN days later and I've still not had a reply (and YES I checked my spam folder !)
This is absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.... my message has been completely IGNORED !!!
So I come on to trustpilot and see so so soooo many 1 star reviews about the non-existant customer service!!!!...

WARNING people this is a scam website!! Exxposed took payment for a Mountain Equipment jacket via PayPal on 25th July. Website said it was in stock. After payment taken suddenly out of stock.
I have emailed the company twice on two different email addresses but have never received any response nearly two months later.
Other people are having similar problems....LOOSING LOTS OF MONEY!!!
I'm £300 down and im sure this was planned. No way to chase this as they are based in Germany.
Probably never had it in stock, just a flashy website to lure you in and take your money.
Nothing more than a bunch of common thieves.
Wish I'd checked out trustpilot before I handed over a load of money.
AVOID THESE CON MEN AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I cancelled an order the same day it was placed (it had not been shipped, and I paid via a direct payment method). It has been almost three weeks and I have not received my refund - in breach of EU consumer protection law. I have emailed Exxpozed on three different occasions and they keep responding with ‘we will inform the accountancy department’ - yet nothing happens and I haven’t been refunded. They also take several days to respond to emails. Do not order with them, use a competitor like Bergfreunde.eu instead who have much better customer service.

Still no reply to my numerous emails and messages about my order.
They responded very quickly to my negative trustpilot review but didn't actually make any effort to resolve my problem.
Check their facebook postings, comments have been disabled so only exxpozed can post, they post and it looks like business as usual but customers can't post or respond to posts, its all smoke and mirrors.
Do not trust this company

Nog steeds geen refund ad €460 na dikke vijf maanden
8 juli bestel ik twee verschillende bergwandelschoenen voor €460. Ze komen vrij snel aan maar helaas verkeerde maat. Ik stuur die onmiddellijk terug en op 27 juli krijg ik een schriftelijke ontvangstbevestiging van eXXposed en verzekering dat de refundprocedure is gestart. Vreemd genoeg kwam deze brief niet van eXXposed maar van hen alias bedrijf OutdoorSports24. Tot nu toe (7 september) heb ik nog steeds geen geld gezien ondanks mijn herhaaldelijke brieven en ingeplande terugbelafspraken. Hun officiële telefoon op de website (+49 (0) 831-930 62 47-0) tot twee uur aan de lijn gehangen en op het laatste moment keer op keer de verbinding werd verbroken. Dietmannsried is ca. 800km hier vandaan, dus even op en neer rijden gaat ook niet zomaar. Ik snap niet hoe men op deze slordige manier met de klanten om kan gaan.
Update per 23-09-2023. A week has passed since the reaction of eXXposed. Nobody has taken contact with me to resolve this issue.
Update per 17-10-2023. On 10-10-2023 I got a message with excuses and that he forwarded my matter to the accounting department. Today I have received a message from them asking me to contact PayPal for my refund as according to them it was holding my €460. I did contact PayPal and spoke to a person from their Customer Service who did the research and wrote me a confirmation they held no such funds. A copy of that confirmation I sent back to eXXposed asking them to forward it to the accounting department.
Update per 02-12-2023. As of today, no reaction from their side in spite of my several messages asking them about the status quo of my matter. Very disappointing!

My order came! So excited!
I ordered from this company/website on 20-08-23 and my delivery was just made today 07-09-24 via DHL but my package sat at Frankfurt international airport for nearly 2 weeks, and then was delivered within the week in Australia once cleared customs from Frankfurt.
I was concerned making my purchase from this company due to the negative reviews, but I really wanted some Helly Hansen ski pants which I wasn’t able to locate anywhere else in my size and the colourway I wanted!
My first attempt didn’t work using my Australian credit card - I received an order confirmation via email but my credit card was never charged and about a week later my order was cancelled via an email from the company.
Being determined that I wanted my new ski pants, I placed the order again BUT using Amazon Pay, and my credit card was charged straight away and my order was shipped 24hrs later via DHL.
I was able to track my DHL order and then it converted the tracking number to AusPost which was super.
I have now received my ski pants, and I love them! They fit well and are exactly as advertised- I would buy from this company/website again, although the shipping is a little longer than I would like, the prices are quite good even with shipping.

Placed my order on June 18th
Placed my order on June 18th. After numerous unanswered emails they eventually advised on August 25th that "we have cancelled your order. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible." As of today (September 6th) they still have not refunded my €125.86 nor have they responded to emails since then requesting an update on the refund.
Please avoid this company, and ensure you use PayPal or some payment method that allows you to reclaim your money, as Exxpozed will take your money immediately but not refund, even 2.5 months later.
I will not request a refund through PayPal.

i tried so many time to found support by phone, no chance, sometimes they reply after every 10 emails, without any point and an official answer or solution, its totally ridiculous company....probably i lost my money and product and seems that i cant do nothing!

Expozzed responded to my second review of them yesterday on this site. Today I received an email from them advising me to get my refund from Paypal. Why did they not tell me this in the first place? Numerous emails were sent to them to sort a refund out for the return which they received on 16.8.23, three weeks ago. They never intended to refund me in the first place. To anyone thinking of ordering from them AVOID.
UPDATE TO THEIR REPLY: Please do not be fooled by their polite replies, in reality there is no substance to them. Exxpozed do not care about problems and issues raised.

Avoid at all cost
I ordered two shirts from Expozzed in late April 2023. After two weeks there was no communication to say that my order had been dispatched so I emailed them. The order was posted the next day. After some delay in the post it finally arrived (20th May) and one of the shirts had a fault. I sent an email to the company that I was returning the item for exchange and followed their returns instructions to the letter, even paying extra (£14!) for registered postage so that I could track its delivery (23rd May). Delivery was delayed by German post but the parcel finally arrived reached them on 13th June.
After that.....nothing. I emailed them multiple times and tried phoning multiple times but never got through and had no reply.
Even if they had sent me an email to say that I had exceeded the period allowed for returns (due to delays incurred in the postal service) and returned the faulty shirt, I would not have minded. But I had no response whatsoever.
Eventually I had to raise a case with Paypal and thankfully they managed to refund me but I expect they did that as a goodwill gesture rather than actually managing to get any money back from Expozzed.
I have bought several items from Expozzed since 2015 and even had to return a faulty pair of trousers for exchange in 2018. It was as slow process but at least I did succeed on that occasion.
Their customer service appears to now be non-existent. I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future and would advise that you don't either. I just wish that I had posted this review sooner to help others avoid such a situation.
EDIT: Isn't it amazing how Exxpozed can reply to a bad review in one day but can't reply to a Customer Service enquiry in 4 months? I can assure you that on no account will you ever win my confidence back and I hope that my experience serves as a warning to other 'potential' customers.

I should have read the reviews first...... ordered walking shoes on 4th July. Over 8 weeks later, still not got them. I payed by Amazon Pay so Im hoping Im covered 😳. Raised an issue re goods not received- no response. I've just registered a refund claim so we'll see what happens with that - not hopeful. If you wish to respond Exxpozed please don't spout a load of sympathetic bull without actually saying you're going to do something. Just say "Sorry, refund sent".
