eXXpozed - sports & fashion scam

I ordered a jacket online from eXXpozed sports & fashion (also trading as Outdoor Sports24) on 23/05/24 order no UK-0015581 and had to pay by bank transfer as their portal wouldn't accept credit card or PayPal payments. After accepting the bank transfer, they informed me that they didn't actually have my size in stock (despite accepting the order and payment) but I would be refunded. Over a month later and after numerous emails with their customer service department still no refund received, and I was forced to go through my bank to get my money back. Even then they only returned some of my payment and kept £40.89 of my money and gave no reason whatsoever. My experience with eXXpozed – sports & fashion (also trading as Outdoor Sports24) is that this company will accept payment for goods that they don't have in stock and if eventually forced to make a refund will keep a significant amount of your money. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

exxposed.ch don't deliver to Switzerland

These jokers have a 'Swiss' website exxpozed.ch. When I made an order, then (maybe my mistake?) the payment method was bank transfer, when I asked how I could pay my credit card, they gave me some BS about there being some 'technical reason' that DHL are not able to deliver to Switzerland. So what's the point of a .ch website?

I couldn't believe it, and though maybe they were just too lazy to go through the effort of changing the payment type. So a couple of weeks later, I tried again and used Amazonpay. No comms, no dispatch note. I go through Amazon to find out what's going on, I get an email saying 'they hope to send me the dispatch confirmation soon'. The next day, I get a refund!

Save your time, save your patience, stay away!

No refund ??

I ordered a jacket (order number: EU-00116675) and returned it (because it did not fit me). They sent an email saying they received the item on 30/01/24 (return number: EX2103090).
Meanwhile, it's 22/07/24 and I still have not received my money back. How can this take so long (+5 months) ??

I am really sorry to write a bad review but I get no response to my emails....

Awful customer services for anything…

Awful customer services for anything after the original purchase. Have been waiting for a €124 refund since April. They don’t answer emails, social media messages and the phone cuts dead. Do not buy from them unless you know you will be keeping the item!

DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY

Placed an order on the 6th July, still not received my order.
When you call, you get hung up on.
When you request a call back on their website, it never happens.
When you email, they do not respond.
They have taken my money but have not shipped an item that is clearly in stock.

German "Service"

I ordered a pair of walking shoes for my girlfriend and when I still did not have an order update three days later I was concerned that they might not arrive before I went on holiday, I asked if instead of being sent to the UK, they could be sent to her address in Sweden.
When I didn't hear back I resent the message and have just received a generic reply which ignores the issues.
They appear to be selling goods which they do not actually have, don't provide a contact phone number and fail to respond to specific questions.
I've initiated a refund request via Amazon Pay, but will probably lose out due it being priced in Euros and refunded in £. This company is crap. Avoid.

Avoid - Incapable of fulfilling orders

Incapable of fulfilling orders to customers. Website shows items as ‘in stock’ with short delivery estimates which are all untrue. They then just send you generic template email excuses saying “there are many reasons for the delay” etc without any specific information. Probably all automated and designed so they get to keep your funds as long as possible.. Avoid. Amazon pay claim submitted for refund but could have done without all the hassle.

Do not use !!!

Ordered some walking boots, and made the payment according to their instructions. The day after the order they emailed me to say that they will cancel the order as they don't ship to the UK ... pricing is in GBP and they took the order with a UK delivery address, and the order number has "UK-" at the start !!
I have chased twice a week for the last month, still no refund, clearly a fraudulent organisation ... avoid like the plague. (Note: I have reported the fraud to my bank, not sure what else to do)

Item too late for trip and now no jacket

Don’t bother, pay a bit more from a reputable company

Climbing shoes.

Ordered climbing shoes., eXXpozed took the money and then I heard nothing for 3 days so I emailed them to ask what had happened to the shoes. They emailed me back to say the climbing shoes were in a wear house and would take 1-2 weeks to be dispatched and offered a refund. The shoes were a great price so I offered to pay extra for delivery rather than a refund. They ignored the content of my email and emailed me to say they refunded me!! Not happy.

WARNING ⛔️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is an appallingly run company. They will give you the runaround telling you that they have no staff I bought a E bike saddle from them in November 2023. It lasted two months before it fell apart and I sent it back which they confirmed they have received in April 2024 and yet I am still waiting for my refund!!
Time and time again email after email the same reply they have no staff. It is an atrocious appalling run company !
with next to nothing as Customer Service do avoid at all costs. !!!

Terrible service, UK residents please do not order!

Never seen such a horrible and poor service. Doesn't match the description of shipping on the website at all, no update at all on any courier information for three days after ordering. Terrible payment method, only supports amazon pay as well as credit cards (UK credit cards don't work), quite dodgy. I tried to contact them via email, Facebook messager, Instagram, exxpozed app but invariably nothing. I contacted the amazon pay team to react to my payment issues and got no resolution. I submitted an withdrawal request but no response! Please don't trust this shop !!!!! You will experience hellish service !!!!!!

Don’t take a risk . It said cash in advance. So I try order and ship nothing. After that , they said sold out. They need more customer service and the product should update asap, waste time and money and I won’t buy again.

Stay away !!!

Credit card says fully paid but, after 10 days I'm still waiting for an update on my order.

After 7 days I requested an update - it took them 2 days to say, either there was a problem with the payment or the stock level.

Amazon Pay (online) are very unhelpful when trying to resolve this so you need to request a call-back and talk to them - refund issued next day.

I cancelled under the EU's 14 days right to withdraw.

No customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes and would like to exchange for a bigger size. I checked online instructions saying returning is free but I didn't find any return post label. So I try to contact eXXpozed to request a return post label. And I tried calls, emails, and online form to ask a call back... No response at all.. Nothing so far happened... I dont know if I should return the shoes back with my own cost and request for a refund.. After I reviewed all other people's comments, I am not sure if they will even refund me.... eXXpozed, if you see my message, please let me know if order exchange is supported and where to request the return post label!
