I’d like share the positive experience I’ve had at the London Stratford store which is a short walk from Westfield.

It’s not the most hi-tech optician that I’ve visited from an equipment point of view, but this is more than made up for by the quality of the staff all of whom were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

Eye emporium team at 184 high road are the best! So professional and very helpful. I've been going to this branch over 10years, they were the ones that alerted that I needed to be reviewed in the eye hospital. Sadia is always so thorough when examining and patient. I recommend them to anyone I speak to because of their professional approach and love that their glasses selection has improved.

I’ve been going to Eye emporium in Willesden green since my first pair of glasses now some 10+ years ago and I trust these competent, friendly and lovely mannered ladies implicitly with the status & tests of my eyes and what subsequently is recommended to remedy/help. They’re honest, thorough and helpful, including when there have been no changes to my prescription and no new glasses needed. I still go to them even after moving out of the area.

Was recommended Eye Emporium Cricklewood by a friend. So glad I went as I had been suffering with poor eyesight for the past 2 years, and realised my glasses were over 5 years old, so I needed an adjustment and some new glasses. Maya was amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Gave me such good advice about what frames best suited my face shape and size, perfect. I highly recommend Eye Emporium, and big thanks to Maya, I can see clearly now. She is a true credit to the company.

What I love about this business is that they don't 'push' you to buy the more expensive glasses, or to buy a new pair each time I have my eyes tested. Honest, friendly and welcoming.
