I've been a customer of this fantastic opticians for around 30 years.
Jan at the Sittingbourne branch is always so lovely on the phone and in person. Today I popped into the Faversham branch and met Lewis, also really helpful.
Yesterday my son found out he needed glasses, we ordered them and they arrived today! To say I'm shocked at the fast turnaround is an understatement.

The whole service was really great. Saida was very thorough and knowledgeable. Farooq was helpful. Highly recommend

I visited for an eye test in the Summer and Sabine picked up a problem she was very thorough I was seen a couple of times and referred to a Corneal Specialist and need an operation

At the Rainham Kent branch, Emily the optician was excellent. Thorough, took time to explain everything. Rita front of house, superb in showing me the range of frames with advice in what works with the lenses I needed all with no pressure whatsoever.

Served by Salim who is very inviting and friendly. Always have a good experience in the Wandsworth branch. Always very inviting and make me feel comfortable!

I have recently went the Rainham branch and I cannot tell you how amazing they are, every visit I’ve had is Wonderful, the service and staff genuinely couldn’t be improved.I had Rita help me during this recent visit, she is a lovely person , very helpful, talkative and you can tell immediately after just a conversation how knowledgeable she is about optometry, my first visit I had Angelina who was just as good! I have found it difficult choosing frames for my glasses previously but the assistance/support given here made it a lot easier!

I owe Lewis a big thank you. On the day I asked his help, he did his best to book me in for an eye exemination and the next day I had an urgent laser surgery which saved my right eye. I’ll always be grateful.

I trod on my favourite glasses. They were pretty mangled, but I didn’t want to replace them because they fit so perfectly. So I researched online, but I found it difficult to find impartial advice on good value glasses repair.

With just previous good experience to go on, I went to the Eye Emporium in Faversham as I found them reliable in the past. They had fixed them perfectly and corrected the slant which I hadn’t expected. I’m very pleased with the results and recommend the team 😊

I went to John High in Rianhan for my safety glasses. For Work it is a wonderful friendly place. They are so helpful. I would recommend which I did to all of my coworkers and to anybody looking for glasses.
