Dr Hamada and his team were great, very professional, attentive and helpful. I definitely felt like I am in good hands. Dr Hamada was very careful and took the time to explain things from beginning to end. Communication with Joanna was great and very timely. Overall great experience, and definitely recommend.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. I did shop around at various clinics and found this to be the best one and best value for money. The clinic is in a nice central location and the service is impeccable

Mr Hamada is fantastic. He is very compassionate and his expertise are outstanding!

All the staff were very friendly and professional and explained what was going to be done and when. The explained about the drops were explained very well so when I got home I could manage. The actual procedure was comfortable in a calm environment and soothing musical chosen by the staff because I was too nervous to choose! The music calmed the atmosphere for me!

Everyone was unfailingly courteous and helpful. I would particularly like to thank Mr Hamada for describing the procedure of the operations as he did it.

Incredible ophthalmologist who actually gave us a clear diagnosis with the cause of the issue and the best way moving forward. I had been to so many surgeons across London and only after my consultation and IPL at the eye clinic did I feel relief. Thank you!!!

Was hugely impressed with the whole process, from initial enquiry to perfect result. All the staff were helpful and efficient, but special mention to Mr Hamada (of course) for making the whole process smooth and painless, literally. And shout out to Joanna who guided me through the first phone call to completion. Best decision I have ever made.

I have been under Mr Hamada's care for several years now and I cannot speak highly enough of his patience and expertise. He communicates in a clear, honest but above all supportive way. Nothing is ever too much trouble either for him or his office manager, Joanna. Brilliant!

I have been to many expert ophthalmologists across the country, however Mr Hamada is the only one so far who has offered me different treatment options to help settle my dry eye disease. I am still in the beginning of my journey but I’m hopeful my condition continues to improve under his care.

Mr Hamada is an excellent clinician, who explains everything very clearly

I was looked after from the minute I entered the clinic until I left. I was listened to and all my concerns were taken seriously about my dry eyes which is refreshing after years of being told ‘it’s just one of these things that happen when you get older’. My eyes are already improved after some treatment and I will be taking up the offer of further IPL treatment which will make a bigger improvement to the condition. I would recommend that anyone who suffers from dry eyes get in touch with the clinic. They will almost certainly be able to help you.

My eyesight was really bad I’m talking -20 and before my experience I doubted I will be able to do anything about it but eye clinic London really helped me and they have changed my life and I must say the turn around was pretty quick aswell the staff are great the whole vibe in there is amazing …

It was a tough decision to travel to UK in order to proceed with my surgery but it was worth it.
