I’m really disappointed with my experience with Dr Sohraab Yadav. I had booked a procedure with him, but the date was changed twice, which was incredibly difficult to manage around family and work commitments. I have now been told that even the revised dates are only tentative, which has left me feeling quite unsettled.

This lack of certainty and consideration has unfortunately affected my confidence, and it does make me question how patients are being prioritised and managed.

Do not recommend Dr Sohraab Yadav - Went with my daighter to St Catherine in the Wirral and the eyes are not straight. It was really red and swollen for a while and the clinic just to my daughter that they couldn't get hold of him however she saw someone else at another clinic who said it was an infection. That got sorted but was unpleasant and then now thats settled they are not even straight. St Catherine's told my daughter that he isn't getting back to them. I actually wanted my own hooded eyes doing (its genetic) and saw he was in Liverpool too in Livers Building. I do like it there i have been before but i certainly wont be getting it done by Dr Yadav!!! Shroddy work to say the least.
