I will admit i was nervous, but from speaking to Fran on the phone I was put at ease. The whole experience from booking, to the actual procedure was perfect. I are more than happy with the results thank you all.

first time I've 'gone private' but treatment was time critical so went for it ,with absolutely no regrets .
Excellent care and consideration by all the staff, all the explanation and advice you could hope for and a good result with the best vision I've had for years.

I had an upper blepharoplasty at Paragon Clinic a couple of years ago then returned for a lower bleph with skin pinch and bilateral brow lift more recently, all procedures performed by the highly personable and professional Mr Yadav. His relaxed, calm manner throughout the surgeries made for a pleasant experience in theatre and I am thrilled with the results.

I would highly recommend Mr Yadav if you want natural-looking, youthful results.

The support team are excellent, warm & considerate and the after-care is exemplary.

Do not recommend Dr Yadav - my daughters results are a disgrace he went missing after doing the surgery at St Catherines and this clinic were so rude when i tried to track him down in an emmergency when she couldn't see out of the right eye with a raging infection never mind about the fact her results are wonky!! Paragon clinic, it was mean of you not to help us in a time of need! We were desperate!!

My whole experience of cataract surgery at Paragon Clinic from initial consultation to walking away with two new lenses and near perfect vision was outstanding. I cannot recommend the skills of Mr Jenyon and the team highly enough. They were all superb.

I was warmly welcomed by name each time I walked into the clinic. I knew I was in safe hands. Mr Jenyon gave me all the time I needed in the initial consultation and after the procedure. He explained about the different types of cataracts - why I had suffered so much with glare. I really appreciated understanding the pros and cons of the different lens types. With his help I was able to chose the right lens for me.

The surgery itself only took ten minutes and was truly pain free. Everyone told me that but until you've been though it you don't believe them! The day after the first eye, my vision had already improved way beyond my expectations. I experienced very little discomfort as the eye healed so I was very relaxed when it came to having the second eye done.

My distance vision is now crystal clear, colours are amazing and I only need glasses for near vision in low light. I can see clearly when I drive at night again. Having cataract surgery at Paragon Clinic has been life changing. Thank you so much Mr Jenyon, Sarah, Fran, Laura, Morag and all the team.

I came to The Paragon at a very difficult time for me personally.
In addition I was extremely nervous and squeamish about any approach to my eyes.
From start to finish Reception/Admin, Specialist Nursing and Surgeon took the time to listen and explain, showed great care, compassion and understanding. It was a personal approach which enabled us to agree a plan which took account of my domestic circumstances, my anxiety and practical problems. It was a dialogue between me and the team, the surgeon and my optometrist. This helped me have the confidence to agree to the recommended procedures and time to put in place support for op and post op stages.
The Team liaised with my optometrist and kept my GP informed.
Follow up appointments were thorough and clinically driven. The All Inclusive Rate/ 6 months unlimited follow up appointments reassured me and removed any risk of compromising my health with cost worries.
The Paragon Centre is relaxing and comfortable ( tho I would have preferred not to have the radio in the background - sorry!) . I was greeted personally on arrival and and my escorts were looked after with the same generous hospitality as I was.
Sarah, Fran, Laura and Morag never failed to look after me and Mrs Ranjit was warm, kind, understanding and empathetic from the first meeting to the last.
The Paragon Clinic performs to the highest standards setting a bench mark for excellence. It is a holistic approach which combined with professionalism, skill and expertise ensured successful outcomes and a immense feeling of gratitude.

The team made the whole journey from diagnosis,operation and aftercare a very professional and caring experience.

My experience at Paragon Clinic was outstanding. As an anxious patient, requiring a prompt and reliable diagnosis regarding my sight, I decided to consider a private appointment. My optometrist recommended this clinic because of the expertise available from renown consultants. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of an appointment when I rang to enquire about the possibility of a consultation. I regularly pay more for a visit to the vets for my dog.
The nurse was friendly and reassuring throughout the preliminary part of the appointment, during which time I had numerous scans taken of my eye. I was then invited into Professor Yit Yang's room, where he examined my eye and reviewed my scans. He, too, was extremely professional and informative. He took the time to explain and reassure me that my condition was unlikely to deteriorate, yet he would recommend monitoring from my consultant at the local hospital. For the short time over the Christmas break that I waited for an appointment, I was extremely worried about my sight from 'self - diagnosis' using the internet. So the prompt diagnosis from such an experienced and specialised consultant was certainly worth the fee. I would not hesitate in recommending this clinic.

I sought a second opinion in August 2024 as I was concerned about the level of care from my care provider working on behalf of the NHS. It was the best decision I’ve ever made as my glaucoma turned out to be far more advanced than so called regular monitoring had disclosed. I have had treatments at Paragon that have been beneficial to my condition. Everything at Paragon is excellent. I now know that my future eye health under their care and monitoring, which is affordable, will ensure my sight is monitored and protected to the best that is possible with the expertise of my consultant and the care of all the team at Paragon. There is nothing more precious than eyesight in my opinion.

I have just recently visited the Paragon Clinic. I saw
Mr Jenyon, he reviewed me for a cataract procedure. I was filled with confidence with his explanation of the procedure, also the expected outcomes of the procedure. The surgery was very successful. I could praise Mr Jenyon enough. The staff were very professional and very kind.

Absolutely fantastic clinic. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. They saw I was a little nervous and they took the time to have a chat and put me at ease. My surgeon was faultless. He told me exactly what to expect, the outcome and there was no pressure. The surgery itself was smooth and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I ever made. He did a fantastic job.

I recently had two procedures at Paragon clinic to remove unwanted growths. One was very close to my eye and not possible at another provider. It was done without any discomfort or any issues. I was treated excellently by all of the clinics staff as well as the consultant. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had both eyes, cataract attended to. Paragon’s staff were simply the best they could be. I received the best care. From reception and nursing to the surgery, everything was superb. I simply can’t recommend them more highly. And the outcome. My vision @ 75 years old is the best I can remember in my life. Better than 20/20. As an example of private surgical practice I can’t see how they could be surpassed.

On my first visit I met the surgeon Mr Yadav who explained the procedure, the benefits and possible complications. I was not pressured into making any quick decision. Both he and the friendly staff gave me the confidence to go ahead with the procedure. It has made such a difference. The staff are so friendly and caring I felt in safe hands. The aftercare is excellent.

My husband and I opted for lens replacement and began searching for the right surgeon. Discovering Paragon Clinic and Mr. Jenyon felt like hitting the jackpot; we were certain they were the perfect fit. I highly recommend the Paragon Clinic. All the staff I came into contact with were so friendly and helpful. My initial consultation was with Mr Jenyon, who would carry out the procedure. There was no pressure to commit and everything was explained fully. Mr Jenyon explained what was happening during the procedure and understood how nervous I was. The whole thing was very simple, I met the surgeon and had the procedure explained from start to finish, what to expect and also the problems that could occur. Had the surgery under local anesthesia so was painless and very quick. The staff were fabulous ! Receptionist, nurses and doctor were faultless. Would highly recommend.
