I have been in the lash industry for 10 years, this is by far the best glue I have ever used. The retention my clients have is amazing! So glad I found Eyelash Excellence.

Love the clear supersonic. After a day of lashing my eyes would sting from the fumes. This is a quality glue and I'm so much more comfortable at work. No more stingy eyes and great retention❤️

This oil resistant adhesive is fantastic for clients that previously didn’t have the best retention
It is thicker than what I was used to and it took a short while to adapt to however it was worth it!!my clients are happy and I’m happy I even do volume lashes with it just be mindful to hold for a little longer than normal

I purchased the classic lash style overlays and let me tell you they are super easy to use! Frankie shows you tutorials on several different apps trust me you don't need to be computer savy to use them! Highly recommend

I love the company and the products, not getting on with the website.

Used to find items by google and saved links on my phone, now lots I have don't work and google doesn't bring up many products like it used to.

Get problems with changing from pounds to dollars to others randomly, when adding lashes to my cart they don't show as expected (over 20 and value stays the same on some), mixtures of lash trays totalling 20+ also don't seem to discount and save 20% so ordering 20 of just one lash, isn't really practical.
I find VAT is added after adding to the cart unlike other suppliers that show prices with vat on the item before adding, which is a shock after adding items to basket.
Also noticed that discounts now only are on offer for 20+ lash trays for 20%, this used to be 40% I am sure a few weeks ago, others have discounts on lower volumes which loses incentive to shop.
Trying to find the contact details when having a problem is really difficult now too, this used to be easy to find when having a problem as support was excellent but now its as if the support has been removed unless you go to the bottom of the page, when I have contacted I never received a message they got the message nor a response which is unusual so not even sure if my message was received?
Site seems to stop as well or slow certain times, mornings often, at which point I can't do anything which is frustrating.
While I still love the products, I don't know if I am the only one finding these issues but they do make me frustrated and shop elsewhere if I can't access the site.
Great products though as others have said.

Me and my clients absolutely love EE YY lashes (Brown, Black, Green, Purple, Blue)…all brilliant!!!
The YY lashes offer a volume effect, whilst keeping the set feeling and looking super lightweight and pretty…

…I also adore EE adhesives…the ultra fast and oil resistant in particular. The Oil resistance adhesive works well in all weather conditions…I have even tried it out in ski ice cold conditions, and lashes lasted amazing, likewise with summer heat.

Service is great, Frankie and her team are lovely people & products deliver fast. Could not fault!

Ps…the new 6D clover lashes are fab!!!!! Easy to use and amazing results.

I bought Frankies Tweezers and am 100% satisfied for YEARS now! I am a fulltime Lashartist since 2017, still using the same Tweezers from her. They are all hand testet, what i loved !! And thats why i ordered from uk to germany.
