Bought a tester of the supersonic lash glue and it came all dried out so I have not been able to try this product out. Disappointing.

Ordered Y Lashes and a tweezer
Ordered Y Lashes and a tweezer. First issue Tweezer was not long as stated.
Y lashes don't pull from strip easy and split apart. The strips also rip when removing from the tray. Emailed but never received response.

Hi Rachel, we are sorry to hear you were not happy, however we did respond to you and you the emailed us back, we again responded. The tweezers we sent are the extra long tip with an angled head length (excluding the shaft) of 3cm compared to the usual 0.5cm so the longest we offer a one of the longest you will find in the industry, so we are confused when you say they are not long as well as the comment that you never received a response from us? We asked you to send us a quick video of the issue with the lashes so we could see the fault and if they was one refund you, however you said you didn't have time to send us a short video. So we then asked you to send them back for us to test as well as send back the tweezers you did not like so we could issue you a refund. We have not heard back from you so are a confused as to this review. Customer satisfaction is always at the top of our priority however we can only assist if the customer gets back to us. Please do reply to our email so we assist you further.

Honestly the best tweezers I have ever used! My salon is located in Canada and I have taken Frankie’s training and used her supplies and they nothing but top quality. The dumonts are perfection! Thank you for saving my fans!!
