Initially ,I was unsure that i might be using the vision tracker incorrectly and producing the wrong eyeglass numbers .
Denzel was reassuring and guided me through that initial phase and i have ordered a perfect vision pair of eyeglasses.

All my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. I am very pleased with the support!
I wasn't sure what to expect regarding support for this product. I bought it on a whim to keep track of where my eyes are, since ophthalmologists tend to work for eyewear-selling companies, so if my prescription is the same, they're not going to sell any eyewear. I had an issue with the app, asked for help, and got some great support, including some tips on how my specific numbers could be better refined. Very helpful.

I tryed to chat and this is what I get. I replied to the email nothing.
I was trying get information back because the pvt app does not work with apple se phone 2022 what to do.
I was contacted by your support team to let me know that there were some inconsistancies in some of my test numbers and asked me if I wanted to use these or their corrected numbers. I wasn't aware of this and I was very impressed that you notified me to let me know about this option. I chose your corrected numbers and are now waiting to see how my new Try-On glasses perform. A great example of what "Customer Support" should look like.

Staff member Denzel made every effort to help me get the device to work for me.
However, the device itself it not yet perfected sufficiently to work accurately for a person with my vision. The readings were way off from my actual optometric tested vision. I am willing to try the next or an improved version of the device which I hope will provide a clear intersection of the blue and red bars which actually will turn a discernable yellow.

EyeQue and its support staff and Sean in particular made every effort to deal with my special eyesight situation. Their support was extraordinary and I have great faith in the concept of the product and look forward to the day when they will be able to extend its use to people with vision challenges like mine.
A very easy to use device and the TryOn glasses were PERFECT. I had no problem buying two pairs of eyeglasses based on the prescription from the device at my usual online dealer. More that happy.
A welcome experience to engage with customer support featuring someone with in-depth knowledge of the product. Made the resolution quick and understandable. Eyeque is a great product but it does need talented support staff to promote its value and ease implementation for customers.

Placed a pre-order and waited over a month. Terrible communication. Was told 2 weeks ago my order would ship within 2 weeks. Then received email that my order would have to be canceled and asked me to re-order as their payment method limited their authorization for 30 days. My credit card was charged two weeks ago. Amazon Pay indicated the order was completed. I had not received my original payment back yet when EyeQue asked me to reorder. I did receive CC refund 3 days after cancellation notice. I did not reorder.
Crappy to be charged and wait a month to be told your order is canceled.

Excellent product. I didn't realize how badly I needed new prescription glasses until I received them. The EyeQue device is fairly intuitive and easy to use. App performed well. I don't have vision insurance, so for me, this was a great investment. Thank you for making this product. Good job, EyeQue!
