Eyetek Surveillance was established in 1995 after the proprietor Phil Stevens an ex electronics technician, in the Royal Navy, decided he wanted to utilize the skills and knowledge gained during military service working in both intelligence and electronic engineering. As well as selling a wide range of devices we also manufacture and supply equipment to many detective and government agencies throughout the world, as well as dealing with the private individual on a one to one basis. If a customer has a particular requirement we can custom manufacture one off items to order. please feel free to contact us about this. What sets us apart from many other companies in the same line of business is that we pride ourselves on giving friendly free advice and working with the customer to try to find a cost effective solution to an often complex and distressing situation, we will always try to advise on the best course of action even if this results in us not making a sale as we have found to our benefit that recommendations from past clients are an extremely valuable asset.

Remote cameras

I called with queries with a few product, was able to narrow it down to make an order online. Product arrived next day as promised, works perfectly and was easy to set up. Will return in the future

As soon as you contacted us we e mailed the correct instructions, if you have problems setting it up to your phone you can always call us and someone will talk you through setting it up step by step.
The 1 star review you have given is is for our service, I hope you do not think our service is poor as we strive to offer a first class service to our customers, there is a separate section for product reviews, this camera has been very popular and works well. If you are not happy with it ou do have 14 days to return it for a full refund.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. They forgot to send me the micro SD card however sent it the very next day. Very fast and it exceeded my expectations. Reliable fast and great company. Definitely recommend

What fantastic customer service

What fantastic customer service. The item I ordered arrived next day. Unfortunately it would not work with the equipment that I already had and when I asked for advice I was amazed to be told that although there was nothing wrong with the item I could return for a full credit and I did. Thank you Eyetek.

Hi the first we knew of your problem was from your e mail,asking for a replacement charger, we immediately sent you a new charging lead out first class for you to receive today or tomorrow. I did e mail you yesterday on your outlook e mail to confirm the charger had been posted.
If this does not solve the problem we will send you a replacement bug .
I do not understand why you are giving us a 1 star service review as we pride our self's in giving a first rate service to all of our customers. I can understand you giving the product a poor review at the moment but I hope you will change your mind on our company once this has been resolved to your satisfaction.

Audio surveillance

As this product is voice activated, its not useful if installed near a TV or radio. The SD card is taken up with the TV and radio the cost of this product is not worth the money under these condition's

After dealing with Eyetek for a number of years, they have always been excellent to deal with, Mandy and the support team are very helpful and patient, with a wealth of knowledge about the products they sell. If you need something that works, phone these guys.
