Great service for start to finish. Prompt, efficient, would recommend to others

Great service. They bent over backward to try and get my product delivered from the UK on Friday, late afternoon, to arrive in Greece on Monday. They did it! The product arrived on Monday morning. Can't beat that!!!

I’m so disappointed. Bought alarm clock and is temperamental. IR doesn’t schedule. Have to reset often to be able to record. Bought GSM long life with extended microphone and as irregular patterns especially with voice activated mode. Bought the GSM plug adapter at around £180 and was even more dissapointed. The voice activation just bombarded me with messages every 5 seconds and was unable to get in touch with device to deactivate because so busy sending messages and wouldn’t respond.

Purchased an item from Eyetek which i thought became faulty some 4 months later. Contacted this companies after sales dept, who asked me to return it to them for examination, This i did and with 24 hours of receiving it they contacted me to confirm that the fault had been fixed !! I was inserting the sim the wrong way around ! I felt silly of course but they could not have been nicer. Returned the unit to me the very next day with a smile and their best wishes. This business deserves to be rated 5 star.

I purchased a clock as I was wary of my mother's carers. I put it in the kitchen so it is not invading mother's privacy. It is an excellent product, works brilliantly and has given me peace of mind. It was easy to assemble and use.
I ordered it one day and it arrived just a few days later, much quicker than I had anticipated.

bought wrong product in beginning which didn't suit our needs. Rang customer service which is excellent, gave great advice and sent me different type of camera as soon as they had received original one back. Very helpful staff

Excellent service from Eyetek as usual. A fault developed with one item which I was asked to return, and a replacement was supplied without quibble nor delay.

Website well designed and easy to navigate and lists a wide range of surveillance gadgets for almost any situation.

Great service. Item arrived quickly and as advertised. Very helpful advice was given via the online chat and email before purchasing. all good.

I found it very difficult to use on personal clothing, as a buttonhole video recorder due to the 2" long plastic piece that houses the camera.

It is extremely difficult and really awkward to stop it moving where ever it wants to go and therefore does not record in the direction that I want.

I tried sticking velcro to it and to my clothing and it still moved all over the place and recorded the floor and the ceiling but not directly in front of me - which is where I wanted to record.

It would not accept my Sandisk 64GB Extreme micro SD card - no matter how I formatted it.

It's very easy to start and stop but when set so as not to flash when recording - it can be difficult to actually know if it's recording or not - which means it could be a case of hit and miss - and that could mean losing a vital and important legal meeting.

I will say, that the service is very good to start with. I don't know if that continues after the return date.

EXCELLENT SERVICE:

A few days before I purchased it, I hunted the web high and low and came across Eyetek. I was a bit unsure as I've made many a bad purchase in the past just by being misled by shiny sales pages and idle promises.

I used EyeTek's contact form on their website and asked if it would work okay on personal clothing and was told that it could be used in countless ways - but more so hidden around the home etc - so I guess now, that it wasn't really designed to be attached on personal clothing. And surprisingly, I got a reply the following morning - so I was impressed by their rapid response.

My order came short of the USB lead and Micro SD card adapter - but they did send it the very next day by first class mail. Their personal service is the best I've seen in years and they had someone phone me back within about 10 minutes each I phoned up with a query.

The main switch module that houses the micro SD card is VERY flimsy and feels really cheap. When handling it, it feels like it will easily crack and break if slightly squeezed. I honestly believe that for the cost of this, it could easily have been housed in a more solid casing. It's appears to be cheaply put together but it does record easily and well and the software that comes with it is dead easy to set it up the you want it.

My main rant would be the price. I think altogether for the narrow Video Camera; 18" SD Lead and the £40 long life battery cost £217.20,

Actually, to be fair - the price would have okay but for the VAT that was added to it, which really bumped up the overall cost.
