After more than 3 months I have…
After more than 3 months I have cancelled my order and received confirmation of the ordered cancelled. They told me they were going to have the refund completed in 14 days maximum. This never happened and when I wrote them back to ask for information, I received an automatic reply they are having financial issues. So I don't know if they will ever refund me back. Don't do any order!

Had a fine experience ordering my sofa from PTMD for my condo in Amsterdam. Not much experience with dutch shops, however, this experience was great. Very helpful, good english and great and kind service. Thanks!

May 20th, I order something from Eyoba and the delivery time was 14 days. After 15 days I contacted Eyoba about it, and I was informed the order was delayed and more 2 weeks was needed. I did not mind and waited 2more weeks. After this 2 weeks (4 in total), no news and I contacted Eyoba again. They said was still delayed and more than 1 week was needed. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order because in that week was not at home and 6 weeks to deliver this order without any information to the customer was not nice.
27th of June I have an email from you saying the order is canceled and the refund will be processed in 2 weeks.
After this 2 weeks there is still no refund. This week I asked again about a status, and once more Eyoba said the refund should be done this week, which was not true. My situation is not solved.
I don’t have good experience with this webshop.
