What's with all the bad reviews?

I had a great experience with this moving company.

The service was great. The lady over the phone was very friendly and answered all my questions. Communication via email was also super fast.

The price is one of the best I could find. They charge per hour, not per m3 or the amount of furniture.

The movers called on the day of the move and offered to arrive early. They loaded all my things very quickly and professionally. Nothing was damaged. I was also offered to ride along in the truck.

I don't get why this company get such bad reviews here!
