Great service - fair price
Driver was courteous and professional. No hidden costs (delivery charges are separate and they will tell you so). Overall was very happy with the service. No marks on driveway either which I was worried about.

Floor Refinishing and Painting
E -Z Box storage was the BEST answer for storage during our renovation. The box was delivered on time exactly as requested, placed in yard perfectly by a courteous and professional driver. Box was clean and maintained well. It was picked up as scheduled. Charges were very reasonable! Would recommend highly!

STAY AWAY! Trucks leaked oil and damaged property
WARNNG!!! We had this company come out and they damaged our brick pavers with large amounts of hydraulic oil. They were informed and agreed to pay for damages. After weeks of them knowing their truck was leaking they came back out leaking. I had to lay cardboard down as they came down my driveway! As of 7/11/2015, (almost two years since) this company still has not settled the damages which was less then a few hundred dollars.

Local franchise unresponsive
Local franchise never responded to my inquiry to the process using the box, price or availability. A special trip to their listed address produced similar results. Office unmanned except for a barking dog chained to a stake. We chose to go another route for obvious reasons.

Everything about our ezbox experience was great! Everyone was nice and easy to work with. Everything with our pick ups and deliveries was timely and as we planned. Highly recommend this service!

Our experience was seamless and our contact at EZBox was very helpful and courteous. They brought the first box on time, and removed and replaced with a second box, at the time requested. Very efficient!
