Never do business with EZContacts!

Never, ever do business with EZContacts.
I paid for my Ray-Ban glasses on February 23, 2026, and three months later I am STILL waiting for my order. During this time, I have sent more than 20 emails and made countless phone calls trying to get a real answer from this company.
Every single time, they tell the same story: “problems with Ray-Ban,” “issues with the supplier in Italy,” and “please wait another 1–2 weeks.” Over and over again. At this point, it honestly feels like excuses instead of professional customer service.
What is even more frustrating is how impossible it is to reach anyone with actual authority or decision-making power. The managers never solve anything, and the customer support experience has been a complete nightmare.
Waiting THREE MONTHS for a pair of glasses is absolutely unacceptable in 2026. Especially when these exact Ray-Ban glasses are available in countless stores all over Houston. So please don’t tell customers the product is impossible to get.
This experience has been a huge disappointment and a total waste of time, energy, and trust. I am still waiting for my glasses only to see how this story finally ends, but honestly, I have completely lost confidence in this company.
Be careful, friends. I sincerely do NOT recommend EZContacts to anyone.

Unfortunately, the frame you ordered has remained out of stock with the manufacturer for an extended period of time, and we regret that there has still been no confirmed ETA provided to us. We understand that repeated delays and changing estimates caused understandable disappointment, especially after waiting so long.

Our team did provide updates throughout the process, offered alternative in-stock options, cancellation, and upgraded shipping at no additional cost once the item became available. However, we also understand that you specifically wanted the original Ray-Ban frame you selected.

I purchased glasses from EZ Contacts in…

I purchased glasses from EZ Contacts in January, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. When the glasses arrived, the lenses were loose, wobbly, and not properly secured in the frame. I sent them back for repair/exchange, and it took approximately 6–8 weeks to get them returned to me.

Unfortunately, when they finally came back, the problem was still not fixed. The lenses were still loose and unstable. I didn’t want my son to have to go another 6–8 weeks without glasses he needs in order to see, so we tried to make them work anyway. Not long after, the lenses fell out again.

I eventually took the glasses to a local optical shop, where I was told the lenses had not been cut to the correct size for the frames in the first place, meaning the glasses were defective from the start.

What makes this even more frustrating is the extremely long turnaround time for exchanges and repairs. It almost feels designed to discourage customers from continuing the exchange process because of how long you’re expected to wait. Had I sent them back a second time, my son would have potentially gone nearly 3 additional months without the glasses he relies on daily.

I expected much better quality control and customer service. Instead, I spent months dealing with a defective product that was never properly corrected.

Definitely a LEGIT company.

I just placed an order online at ezcontacts.com on 5/1/2026 which was on a friday for a pair of ray-ban lukas sunglasses. They provided me with a tracking link for my order as soon as it was shipped and I just received my order today 5/6/2026 which was perfect timing. Definitely a LEGIT company as well as they're products👍👍

DO NOT ORDER FROM EZCONTACTS

Still no reply or update on my order. Placed my order April 18th, it is now May 6 still processing, still no response. I literally order THE SAME contacts in September 2025 only took 2 weeks and there are “specially made” I spend over $300 every six months. I called customer service they are not helpful at all! They make promises that are incorrect. I then had to request to speak to a supervisor MYSELF, spoke to Supervisor and I still have not received a call back from the Supervisor . Called in today, the girl said that supervisor should’ve called me yesterday and I will get call back today. She lied. I still have not received a call back. She’s the same person who told me last week that my contacts will be shipped this week and I should have them. I haven’t been able to see in three weeks. Now Mother’s Day is coming up and I still don’t have my contacts. They are all liars. Do not trust EZ Contacts I will never ever ever order from them again. They just lost a consistent customer for good! I’m gonna continue to write reviews until I get my order. I don’t know why y’all playing with me. I tried to be professional and communicate effectively but now I don’t care. No communication at all

Great company, with a warning...

Pro: Yes, you can order contacts quicky and they typically ship very fast. Never had a problem with the products they ship - always correct.
Con: Before you order (or reorder), check that the pricing they are giving you is their best price. Many times if you were check online pricing from a google search, you likely could have scored them at at a lower price.
