I must say eZhire is by far the best retal company I've dealt with and that's worldwide. Costumer service team is always available on the App that is amazing.
Only one thing I'm not happy with is after returning the car earlier there was a lot of deduction on my refund.

I have been a customer with eZhire for over a year and have encountered two significant issues that reveal systemic problems with their customer service.
Issue 1: Parking Fine Overcharge (approximately one year ago)
I parked illegally, acknowledged the error, and paid the fine directly to the police for approximately one thousand AED total. I sent eZhire proof of payment before they even attempted to charge me. Their automated system then debited my credit card for six thousand AED — six times the actual amount owed.
I had to wait between twenty five to thirty days to receive a refund. I understand they have an automated system for these charges, which is fine. What is not fine is the lack of human review before charging me six times the correct amount, and the month-long wait for resolution despite having provided proof of payment upfront.
Issue 2: Dynamic Pricing Trap (current situation)
I have been renting the same car for eight months at approximately two thousand AED per month. I recently noticed the identical car listed in their own app for one thousand three hundred AED. When I asked for either a rate adjustment or a credit to match their current pricing, eZhire refused — claiming that while prices are dynamic and can decrease, they cannot adjust existing bookings or offer any compensation.
Their solution: end my rental, pay additional pickup and delivery fees, and rebook at the new rate. In other words, a loyal customer who has paid consistently for eight months must absorb extra costs just to access their own current pricing. They refused any goodwill adjustment despite my loyalty.
The Pattern
What troubles me most is not the individual issues — it’s the response. In both cases, eZhire hid behind automated systems and policies rather than showing any consideration for a loyal customer. Dynamic pricing exists in most industries, but most companies offer loyalty discounts or at minimum don’t force existing customers to pay premium fees to access better rates.
I would not recommend eZhire. There are better rental companies in Dubai that actually value long-term customers.

I have been renting with Ezhire for 7 months. The best quality they have that they are easy to use. Other than that there is no benefit they offer for long term clients or repeat business. Customer service are nice people who always say sorry but unable to solve issues. Repeat business is key and the staff does not know or acknowledge that customers needs solutions not apologies. Every thing outside their routine is a big issue that they can’t solve. Maybe the need a supervisor that is authorized to take decisions.
