I rented a car through eZhire and it was the worst decision I made in Dubai. Returned the car, received zero documentation, and days later they charged my card for damage I never caused. No photos, no inspection report, no explanation, nothing. Tried reaching their support multiple times, complete silence. They keep your card on file and charge it whenever they feel like it with no accountability whatsoever. This is not a rental company, this is a trap.
