Excellent service

No communication for after sales.

No communication for after sales.
Rang WhatsApped and sent emails.
He promised he would come back out to fix a blind and never came.
He responded on a review I wrote that the blinds are 5 years old and I broke one
Yes cathal they are 5 years old.
And when I broke this particular blind I rang you and you said you would fix it no problem for free.
I kept ringing WhatsApp and emails and no response.
A month or two ago I finally got in contact with you and said I would pay for the repairs of the other blinds that the kids had broke.
You told me to send photos which I did then you disappeared again.
Cathal admit when you are in the wrong.

Roller blind malfunction

Got a large roller blind fitted in my sunroom 9 or 10 years ago. This morning the Mechanism failed and I couldn’t get the blind to go up. I rang Cathal and this evening after work he came and fitted a new mechanism. So pleased and done so quickly. That is a very good service. Would recommend.

I wanted to order an extra long blind…

I wanted to order an extra long blind (290cm) so I phoned, initially neither phone was working and given some of the reviews I was a little concern. However, I got a call back from Cathal, he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. There was a bit of a delay in delivery and I contacted Cathal, he came back to me immediately. The blind arrived the following day, but they sent me the wrong brackets. I again contacted Cathal, he contacted me within an hour and said he would arrange for new brackets to be sent to me. The brackets arrived and I hung the blind. I am very happy with my purchase and I couldn't fault Cathal and the help he gave me every step of the way.

Missing Valance

No problem ordering my venetian blind, a bit of a wait but blind arrived and was happy with it, but the valance was way too short, contacted Cathal numerous times and eventually it arrived in pieces, l admit probably the courier’s fault, so made contact with Cathal again and again and to date still no valance, so for this reason alone l won’t use them again

1. You already posted a review on 10/08/22 are you on a mission to damage our business over a €3 valance which we already sent twice to you. ( at a cost of UK courier cost and local courier cost ) which you received and sent photo's off it.
2. As you said "probably the Courier's fault" but still you keep trying to damage our reputation.
3. I have done everything to resolve this at this stage please return the blind and I will credit it in full.

Had a brilliant experience with Ezi for and especially Cathal, amazing service, extremely helpful and always got back to me with any queries I had. We needed our blinds done quick as we’re moving in he even came himself around Christmas to do them so we could move in. Thank you so much. Definitely would recommend!

Alls well that ends well.

I had a bad customer service experience with Èzifit for a few months. In the end I got through to the owner of the company who could not have been more helpful. Pleased with the product - was disappointed in the response I got to request for service - but in the end all was good.

Hi Darren did we reply to you I can't see any emails? text or ring me on my mobile 0866619576 or leave a message we always reply and I will come back to you. December was a crazy month an it may have been missed, factories were not doing repairs in November / December due to staff shortages. We use google for reviews mainly so we were not monitoring trust polit review until pointed out by our IT supplier who put it on our site.

Seems they just want orders/payments without interacting or giving any customer service. Thankfully I didn't buy before I found this out.

Happy customer

I ordered two blackout blinds and they arrived within 12 working days. Very happy with the product - exactly as ordered. An email query to Ezifit blinds re. expected delivery date was answered the same day. I would use this company again.

Disappeared off the face of the Earth!

Started out great, contacted by phone to explain that some things would take longer. Appeared friendly and knowledgeable. Covid and Brexit made things difficult so I understood things would take a bit longer. However. Initial order in September and added a second order 3 weeks later. Half the package arrived Christmas week. Contacted him in January to ask for the other half and got fobbed off again and again. He stopped
replying to emails or answering calls. Finally in March I could take no more. Now I have half a blind set I can’t use but at least I got a full refund thanks to PayPal.

Awful experience

Awful experience, purchased blinds 13th feb, 2nd april now and still no blinds. fobbed off numerous times told they had been shipped, thank god i used paypal just got e refund. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere

I recently bought the fauxwood blinds for…

I recently bought the fauxwood blinds for the front of the house. I waited about 3 weeks or so because of them coming in from the UK and with brexit took longer than usual. But I have to say they were worth the wait. They were very very reasonable compared to others I had priced so I was sceptical about the quality which is why I only ordered for front of house. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality I love them and even some if my neighbours and friends are now going to order. I will now be ordering for the back of the house.
I would highly recommend Ezifit blinds and wish them well and success in the future. They are a family run business and great to support the smaller Irish businesses than big corporations.
