I went in to pay for my unit and the attendant stated did you know that you could get a smaller unit and Pay less? She saved me $200 that day. Horray!

I needed storage because of a fire. Everyone at EZ Storage were the most helpful, knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. They were very patient and honest with me and it was such a pleasant experience during one of the most horrific events in my life. I never had to worry about my precious belongings salvaged from he fire. I highly recommend this site.

This is well maintain facility. It is very clean and temperature control. The security system is a top notch. This is my second time renting in this same location at Rockville Maryland

EZ Storage Capitol Heights is a gem! Always smells fresh in clean each time I come. No clutter, trash, litter or anything... Basically a BRAND NEW property with new storage units. Also, Property Manager Sonya is superb with lots of personality! Look no further for your storage needs, EZ Storage Cap Heights for sure has you covered!

I went to the arbutus location on July 30 2019 at 12:00 pm the staff on duty was wonderful they put me in the perfect size unit they gave me all the good information that I need to be successful. My experience was excellent I love my unit and my choice to use ez storage I felt like I was becoming apart of a family not just a customer

The Two that was on shift worked great as a team it was a younger black woman and a guy I believe was Indian "race doesnt matter" I just want them to know they were awesome !!! They want you to get the great prices it was a nice and easy experience, the move in was easy, they have a loading dock with carts lol it was dope
