Syah started with my son for maths tutoring a few weeks ago and has been a god send. She took the time even before his first tutoring session to reach out to me to get a really good understanding of his situation and needs so she was really well prepared for her first session with him.
Syah is great at tailoring the way she communicates in a way that makes it easy for him to understand and be able to implement what he has learned.
Syah is a delight to work with and you can see the real care she puts in to preparation on a weekly basis by reaching out to me and involving me in the journey as well.
As a result of getting Syah as a tutor for my son, we decided to further extend the tutoring sessions for the rest of this year.

Easymaths is flexible and was suitable for my needs specially they don’t charge cancellation fees if notified early.

It was super easy to get session started. Techer was helpful, respectful and always on time. My son improved a lot since the lessons, unfortunately we have other family issues needs to make arrangement in priority. Once everything sorted, we will come back.

Our tutor seemed to have much experience of tutoring as she monitored my son's faces and his interest/understanding level every time when she guides his text.
Also, she wrote down more appropriate level of questionnaires for him on his notebook and that will help him for better understanding.

Communication is great and informative, when EZY Math assigned a tutor for my daughter that I did not want they were great about finding another person more suitable to our needs.

Arranged to meet the tutor for my son’s first lesson only to be called while waiting at the site to be told he’s not attending due to his nephews birthday party. Very unprofessional, irresponsible and a waste of time.

This company is very professional, and easy to deal with. They have several tutors available, so when our normal tutor couldn't make the time change which we needed to make, they happily found us another tutor with a minimum of fuss.

EzyMath worked to find a replacement tutor after our first one wasn't the right fit for our daughter. Communication is great. Her current tutor is great and my daughter is starting to feel confident with her Specialist Maths again.
