Dear Customer,
We are very sorry that the sink arrived broken, however you have informed us only two months after the delivery which is well beyond the limit to report transport damages. We understand that this was not an ordinary time and for this reason we have extended the time limit to report transport damages from 7 to 30 days, until the 15th of June.
Unfortunately, after 30 days the insurance company refuses to take any complaint and we can no longer be held accountable for any transport damages.
