I just received my Smeg Hob which is not available in Ireland, it took about a week for it to arrive to Ireland via DHL. Obviously there is no customs as it’s in the EU. It arrived double boxed so chance of damage is minimal. I’m delighted with the purchase and shipping. I read lots of reviews about this website and most issue seems to be brexit related, so I was happy to take a chance. Thank you and I will be using you again.

Prior to delivery of the item, DHL requested payment of £75.56 for Import Duty. I am disappointed your company representative did not warn me of this. I had the possibility of sending the item directly to MALTA but decided against it as the cost of freight to MALTA was more expensive than to the UK. Had I been informed about customs duty, I would have had the item shipped to MALTA.
