Apart from a misunderstanding whether my items were in stock or not, and after I wrote to them to clarify the reason for a delay I did or expect, the delivery went well including with follow-up notifications. The delivery match what I ordered, well packaged, and now I own premium design door handles which I could never buy in my country. Prices, including international delivery prices, are not exaggerated. Customer service is efficient but slightly chilly

I am really pleased with the service I received from FAB appliances. The product was cheaper than buying from a UK company. My product was delivered post Brexit and DHL were wanted me to pay extra taxes. However Fab Appliances dealt with this most efficiently and.the charges were dropped. Thank you

Very unhelpful
Very unhelpful , they are the uk supplier of shock taps and the one I wanted from the schock website they said they couldn't get for me .....figure that one out.
The one I ordered took and a month to arrive and then had to send back as it had 4 flexi pipes coming off of it which wasn't mentioned on the website and I only had 2 like most taps
