Good price and delivery was sooner than expected

Hi, overall the purchase process was fine, hassle free & very good communication & tracking information, & at a very attractive price, the goods actually arrived 2 days before scheduled delivery date, however... Item was damaged, I have detailed photographs of damage & I would like to forward them for investigation, it doesn't appear as transport damage but oddly...assembly damage,
Update; I have now upgraded my rating as it was out of FAB Appliances control, they have very speedily resolved the issue for me, for which i am most satisfied.

Fast delivery to Germany. Product / Quality as expected! Great price, much cheaper than in Germany.

Ordered oven and hob had a fantastic experience and all my questions were answer really quickly via email Would definitely recommend ordering from.this company and I would order from them again.

Delivery (Elica Switsch hob) although unfortunately delayed due to Corona, but always very quickly information about it and then - finally - after 5 weeks it was well packed! everything was great

I ordered both smeg copper cortina oven and hob. I sent some emails to ask questions once I had placed my order which were answered the same day . I was informed that the hob had not been received but they offered to send the oven without any further cost which I declined due to my kitchen refurbishment I wanted to try and manage delivery and fitting. The hob has been delivered today it was very well packaged and OMG the product is beautiful. I cant wait for it to be fitted. Thank you Fab appliances you have done amazing and would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

I bought this tap primarily for the colour and the design, both very similar to my previous tap.
However, I am delighted with the vastly superior quality of this tap in terms of the density of colour, the smooth operation, the design of the tap spout and subsequent reduced water usage.
Ease of ordering, follow-up emails, shipment (from Naples!) and delivery were all part of the efficient purchasing process. Very impressive!

Very happy with fab appliances and would highly recommended them. Slight delay on delivery duo to Covid-19. But when asked about delivery dates information was messaged back very promptly.

fast delivery, very good price

I was over 9 weeks waiting for delivery of my electric hob, I did expect there to be a delay due to covid, however when it arrived the glass top was smashed.

In addition to all the hassle in arranging the return of the item and giving them photos for their insurance claim I was very disappointed by FAB appliances response when asked when I could expect the hob to be replaced. They immediately outlined that "we cannot indicate a delivery date" and "waiting times could be long".

When I asked them to contact the manufacture to try to get a new delivery date they promised they would be back with this information yesterday but I am still awaiting this response. I don't know when I can expect to get my hob!

Excellent Service, highly recommended.
Only problem I had was payment on my debit card to an Italian based company but that was quickly resolved.

Late delivery, but because of holiday in Italy in August. Quick delivery when fabric open up again start September.
