I ordered s76 on the December a little…
I ordered s76 on the December a little bottle I had a bird very I’ll it gave me the option for next day delivery at £25.00 this is a much inflated cost for it but I needed it it turned up on the 31st jan
Why would you offer a next day service if it can’t be honoured I asked them to look into it and try and claim from Royal Mail to get my 25.00 and just got told it can’t be done as it was Christmas shut down but so won’t event try so I have now lost a £200 bird and paid 25.00 quid all other sites I tried to but from were honest and did not offer next next day
A message or a confirmation explaining that a next day would have been the Prefferred option I can’t be bothered to argue over £25.00 but it is the principal
How much did you pay to send me the product was it £25.00 or did you also make money on this aswell ?

Not very good
Placed an order and after 5 working days still no updates or item being delivered. I had to chase customer service who’ s straight offered a refund and I asked where was the item, I was informed it was out of stock and would have arrived in 2 weeks. Someone could have just said that after I made the order not waiting for me to chase

Item arrived open with produce missing
I ordered a 20kg bird feed bag which arrived open and missing 4kg of produce.
Asked for a new bag but they wanted me to post the opened one to them.
I dont want to walk to the post office with a 16kg bag which I would also have to package, so I ask Fab Finches to arrange a collection themselves.
After 8 emails exchanged I have no product or money, so I have contacted my bank to claw back the payment.
Their service is very poor, should they have packaged the item properly business would have been fine.
