Waiting for an order to come for a MONTH just to be cancelled

Ordered on the 4th of October and got a message saying it’s a special order so it could take 2-4 weeks. Got no updates and was feeding my bird alternatives thinking the order will come eventually and my bird not having a proper diet. A whole month later I emailed to ask what’s going on as it’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t even had a shipping update just to be told they don’t have it anymore and cancelled the order. Such a big waste of my time couldve just been told 1 month before and found and provided my bird with a better diet somewhere else. Do not recommend such a huge disappointment and inconvenience.

Stock status incorrect on website

Ordered Harrison's mash from their website as Northern parrots are out of stock for a while, their website said they're in stock.
I got a partial refund (ordered 2 items, got a full refund for the mash), and informed they don't have it in stock.

Disappointed as that was the only reason that I ordered from them.
They gotta keep up their stock status online.

Shop elswhere

Ordered and paid for item online only to receive an email a couple of hours later stating item out of stock. I went back on to their website and the price had increased from £49 to £65. Cancelled order and bought exact same item from Australia inc postage for £38...

Be wary what you purchase

JOINT & MOBILITY
Be wary what you purchase. The dosage on the bottles are incorrectly written, I nearly lost my parrot.
The company shows no compassion at all.
Small writing on the bottles.
No instructions.
Nothing about possible side effects/reactions.
More than organic herbs in this product but not on the list.
EMAIL SENT. I am deeply dissatisfied with this product. It left my parrot in an almost comatose state for an entire day. She appeared lifeless, as if she were on the brink of death. I administered three drops within 24 hours, and this was the result. How can this be considered a natural product? As an admin on several parrot groups on Facebook, I frequently receive inquiries about arthritis treatments for parrots. I decided to try this product on my own bird to determine if I could recommend it to others. Based on this experience, the answer is a definite no, and I would share my reasons with them.

The writing on the bottle is extremely small, and there is no leaflet inside. There is also no advice on potential reactions. I have purchased something that has proven to be of no use to my bird.

Totally incorrect. You confirmed that you had used too much on your parrot despite instructions on the bottle and clearly on the website to refer back to if needed. If you gave your bird the WRONG amount then how is this the fault of the product or our fault?!?! You used it wrong!

Wrong product received again

Wrong product received.
My original order was substituted without warning or consent which I have returned and requested a refund for ( still waiting).
Impossible to speak to them on the phone and left messages go unreplied to.
Out of stock products are still listed as instock & available for order & requests for confirmation of stock availability before placing & paying for go unanswered.
Update.
I have received a mail from fabfinches stating the product ordered does not exist on the website and to forward a link to this product which I have done but still I cannot get my original ordered product.
Suffice to say I will not be using this company again.
Thank you for refunding my payment Gemma though genuinely wished I had received the correct product & not a substitute item.
I did forward as requested the website link to said product as I was informed it doesn't exist but still no confirmation it is available unfortunately.
Am very reluctant to reorder.

Horrible company

Horrible company, I ordered 3 items which were pretty expensive and was incredibly disappointed to receive my package only to see that one item was in a taped ziploc bag and leaked powder everywhere and one item wasn’t even included.

When I sent them an email about this, I received a very sloppy short reply in poor English along the lines of “that product isn’t in stock so we’ll send you a refund for it”

Firstly I don’t understand how they would allow me to pay that much and never send me an email at any point during the process to tell me that the item I ordered isn’t in stock - I had to inform THEM before they even considered refunding

And secondly they never even bothered to address the fact that one of the products was in a poorly taped ziploc bag and leaked powder all over me, my table, and my floor.

I will never be ordering from this company ever again. I sincerely hope they take my advice and adopt better shipping habits so nobody else out there is stuck inhaling a teaspoons worth of mystery powder when opening their package, but unfortunately they seemed too arrogant to even consider it.

Oh and by the way, I hope you realise all your snarky replies to the 1 star reviews don’t make you look any better. You’re an incredibly unprofessional company and I hope you hire a better customer service team to save customers from that ego.

You fail to mention that on one of the items you had ordered a smaller 500ml size and as this was out of stock we actually sent you a free upgrade of a larger size as a goodwill gesture.
We also gave you the option to return your order for a full refund if you was unhappy
