I have still not received my item and my partner Mrs Sheryl hawes as phoned and left voicemail but we still have not add a call back off you and are not happy with your company at this time we would like someone to phone us back as we have payed for the item and post that is ment to be 2 to 4 days

Poor customer service.
Poor customer service.
Items did not arrive. (Ordered 18th of August). Even after paying £20 for delivery.
According to the post office delivery paperwork was incorrect and items have been returned to sender. They have yet to refund me. Even after saying they would.
The total lack of customer service was shocking. Zero apology, zero help. We got our money, we don't care.
I'm now waiting on Paypal refund and if that doesn't work I will get a refund with my bank.

Arcadia bird lighting arrived damaged…
Ordered Arcadia bird lighting kit but after 4 weeks it had still not arrived and no reply to my email. Put in a claim with PayPal and was sent a tracking no. The delivery arrived the next week. Packaging looked OK but when it was opened 4 weeks later, the bulb was shattered. Company state damages should be reported within 7 days but I could only get the electrician to come this week to install. Very disappointed and a waste of £86.00. Would not recommend.
