Excellent customer service
I ordered on line but needed to contact them because the expected delivery date was when I was on holiday. They accommodated everything and even sent an email to confirm. The actual delivery was 10 days early 2 days before my holiday began. I needed to ring them again as I would not be able to return in 30 days if anything was wrong. Again very accommodating. Fortunately the product (mandala 2 door chest) is beautiful. No need to return.

I ordered the Seraphina hand tufted rug. I've never ordered a rug online without seeing first, so wasn't sure how it would be. I can honestly say the quality is excellent and the rug sets off my room brilliantly. Delivery was quick, with regular updates. I liked it so much, I've ordered another in a different size for another room. Would 100% recommend FableRoom.

4 month delivery
We ordered two items: a rug and a dining table. The rug is vastly different to the images on the website but the return process is a faff that we’ve begrudgingly decided to keep it. The dining table was on pre-order for two months. When the expected delivery date arrived, I followed up to be told it’s booked for delivery in another 1.5 months time. I queried online and they are due to email me an update but it’s pretty shocking. I think less money spent on Instagram advertising and better to on a solid supply chain and customer service function. I highly doubt I’ll be ordering from Fableroom again.

Efficient ordering and delivery
Ordering and delivery were very straightforward. The console tables and lamp bases are beautiful and good value. The only slight shame is that the lampshades were dented and imperfect so I will need to buy some new ones.

Great products for fantastic prices - just pay attention to the delivery windows
Great products for fantastic prices. Delivery was understandable slow as the items I ordered were offered with the preorder discount and explicit long delivery times. Ordered two items which arrived separately over a month appart, one a little later than the original expected date, but that was no real bother to me. Would definitely consider ordering from them again.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I ordered a TV unit, it took the best part of 6 months to arrive and some sections are broken. I had to chase up delivery for months. Then when it was delivered, it was from a company called Trampoline. I think all their stock is in India, but the do not make that clear.

My chest of drawers arrived very badly damaged. I emailed and had no response on the matter. I spoke to an AI bot who said I would get a replacement and then a confirmation and I haven’t received anything. I then emailed again and no response. This was expensive and an item I splashed out on thinking it would be good quality and service. I am so extremely disappointed
