Website on phone is extremely slow and glitchy, and I had to initiate both an online chat and place two separate phone calls to customer service in order to take advantage of the promo that was supposed to be “automatically applied” at check out

I found the interface difficult to navigate and was unable to successfully download the app. During my visit, the site repeatedly redirected me to the shopping cart, and the back button failed to return me to my previous page. These technical issues made the checkout process very frustrating, taking over an hour to purchase eight items.

I hope you can look into these issues to improve the user experience.

There was a promotion for VIP members offering a free top when you purchase a bottom. However, when trying to add the top to my cart, I was being charged one of my VIP credits - which I did not want to use. Consequently, I decided not to get a top as the advertised promotion was not being honored.

Great selection and quality

Slowest site ever, every single time. Shopping Cart frozen, page refreshes 1000 times, ads cover everything.

Shady business model. They shipped me the wrong items then refused to send me my correct order until I shipped back the wrong items you sent me. When I said that was unacceptable and I didn't understand why I as the costumer should have to wait even longer for the items I paid for when they're mistake was done on their end, and asked for a refund, I was given the run around and after almost 30 minutes of being on hold on the phone I was told I would receive a refund of $59 AFTER I returned the incorrect items that had been sent me. I had originally paid $75 for my order including shipping so on top of everything you are refusing to pay for the shipping of the order with incorrect items you sent me.

Terrible business model, shady policies and awful costumer service.

Trying to figure out the buy a bottom get a top for free was challenging. Tried a bunch of combos and didn't see any that worked.

The discount was supposed to autoapply and it did not. I paid for two shirts that should have been free. Grrr

Is there an order. Shipping was only listed at the end.

I think it is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that you charge someone $70 a month but only allow them to purchase the most basic stuff of the site! We had 10 credits, which MIND YOU, I tried to skip this month on April 6th but they wouldn't let me then charged my husband card on the 13th.

We're going to use these credits but we will NEVER shop VIP again. Worse decision. Just take the 80% off and cancel. Not worth what they will " allow you to purchase with a credit"... Oh and GET THIS! IT'S STILL GOING TO COST US $100 TO SHIP THE STUFF WE HAVE CREDITS FOR!

The membership seems a bit like a scam. They joined in COVID and deleted my account but by the power of social media influence I rejoined. Nothing about this company is a savings. I payed $70 to save $10 and my bill was still $50. So I essentially bought 2 bras $120.

If I could give the Company less than 1 star i would! I made 1 single order in Sept 2025 through an online deal and since then they have been charging my pmt source $70/mo.!!! I broke the link to my pmt source and was finally able to reach someone through FB Messenger and was refunded 1 of the 7 monthly pmts they stole from me. I AM NOT DONE. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and through the credit card.

the website is easy to use, everything was clear. Stuff are good quality and price

I’m gonna be completely honest, I think this system is very shady. When you log into your account, the items that you would prefer tend to disappear whereas if you order off your account, the items you need are somehow mysteriously back in stock. You have to jump through hoops to get what you need. How much you’re charged and how much a VIP point is valued is not worth it. It would be easier just to buy scrubs from the hospitals recommended store. Very disappointed

He was supposed to give me a grid car of 30 and it would be applied automatically when the payment was processed but it wasn't like that it was just a scam

First time buying from Fabletics and got an amazing deal on scrubs

Selection of great bright colors !! Good prices and good quality and descriptions !!!

I love that Fabletics offers a variety of clothes to complement the workout gear. I'm looking forward to going into a store and tryout the new jeans and I just ordered a pant suit combo that I excited to try.
