Could not add the free shirt with my pants purchase.

website is slow makes looking at different styles & colors difficult

Shopping was so easy on the website.

The VIP subscription is a scam. All of my "VIP Credit" emails went to spam and I spent $1,000 over the past 16 months and only made one purchase. $1k for 2 pairs of shorts.

every time I've had an issue regarding returns or item quality i end up keeping the item i don't like or doesn't fit because no one ever resolves anything

I wanted to exchange my set i ordered for a different size and i couldn't do that because i need petite and the only option was to exchange it for a normal size. THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED. so i did store credit so that i could reorder what i originally ordered. but i couldn't do that because it was a deal since i signed up as a VIP. I now had to pay MORE for one pair of pants than i did for my original order. i am extremely dissatisfied with fabletics and will never be returning or suggesting anyone to use the brand.

Charging for tariffs? So are you just pocketing this money since tariff refunds have been confirmed?

Easy to use on website, lots on sale today too. Lots of sizes already sold out but I did find some things for my granddaughter!

I ordered as a new customer and was pleased with what was ordered. Unfortunately, I ordered 2 different colors of a scrub set. I went online to the webchat and was able to speak to an agent. They were very knowledgeable and courteous and was able to help fix the order. Thanks again for your help agent and Fabletics for making me FAB-ULOUS!

Great product

Buyer beware. They are running a subscription scam. You buy clothes and they start charging your credit card 69.95 per month for a membership. It's all "legal" in the fine print but not clear at all until you get the first charge.

It was good and great

Buy bottom and get a free top. I tried several way and was unable. The check out charged for the tops and added TARIFFS! Plus taxes. Just placed an order for two paints. I plan to close my account.

I have been shopping with Fabletics since about 2023 and I really enjoy the styles, the fit and even the value (Price + Quality) of their products. My concern is that you have to be a savvy(er) shopper than I think you should be when they announce a sale or a significant discount on the site or specific items like buy a bottom get a top free, especially if you have VIP credits. It has been my experience 1) that the VIP credit is often valued higher than the sale item and you don't receive the difference as a credit to do more shopping, and 2) the promoted offer is not automatically triggered to your shopping cart so you lose out on the offer unless you go back and add items and even then a call to customer service often needs to be made and then that sometimes can be a futile effort. I would like it to be an easier /smoother shopping process where promotional items automatically appear in your cart and you have to deselect them at checkout if they are not wanted. I also would like for the Full value of the VIP credit to be optimized for the customer. Thanks.

Visited store today, loved materials decided to actually order them

Overall good website and pricing(if you purchase within hr of maiking an account. After that just make a brand new account) but the website is super slow!!! takes ten seconds to load each page. ending your subscription is a bit of a hassle you have to call their number and wait like ten minutes but after that the staff know what their doing.

The website was really slow. I was trying to add the free top to the bottom, and only one worked. I finally got three pants and three shirts with 3 VIP credits. But after I checked out, the website said I used 5 VIP credits.

It would be five stars but it said I would get a free top if I bought a bottom but I don’t see that
