High tax rate…

It seems to me that when you buy something with VIP credit that you should get it for free. but the top right now purchased without VIP credit is basically 13 dollars today I purchased two of these tops and paid $21 dollars it was $14 dollars of tax which is outrageous!

I really like the service you provided

I really like the service you provided. However the prompts are very intense/leading to more decisive actions. That completely takes away from the browsing nature of shopping. My other observation is the contractional terms used in the ways you can purchase items. Aside from those things I really like the sales angling! Be well,God bless.

Angry SHOPPER

on the shopping page it said the product was 80% off but when I went to checkout it only applied to 1 product so I'm very disappointed..........

Terrible company

Terrible company! Very deceptive when trying to exchange an item. They automatically issued a store credit with zero way to get your money back if you need to return it. Assuming so they do this so they can recognize revenue easily. Forget about any customer service in the store or trying to call their customer service line. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. It was my first time shopping at Fabletics and my last! Stay away from this company!

Terrible customer Service and repeated mistakes with billing

I like the style and quality of Fabletics thats why I initially started shopping with the. However, I can’t justify the pricing unless you are part of the VIP membership they are simply over priced without VIP.

Unfortunately, the VIP membership has been a frustrating experience really just very scammish. While they advertise and promote that you can easily skip each month, I have repeatedly been charged even after skipping over and over. Each time this happens, Im told I need to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund, and it become an ongoing cycle (I skip on the first then randomly get charged on the 8th on the 12th on the 15th they just charge your card randomly after skipping).

Customer service has only made things worse (the main reason I gave up on the company). Instead of taking accountability, representatives often deflect responsibility or offer inconsistent explanations (completely made up like they manually run the card thats why its always different dates or "maybe you didnt skip it correctly" which is nonsense because when you skip online they ask at the end are you sure then you have to click again to confirm), which feels very dismissive. I have even had to keep records of my conversations just in case I need them later completely terrible customer service.

Ultimately, I decided to stop supporting the brand because of what feels like unethical business practices and consistently poor customer service. It’s disappointing, because the clothing itself is nice but the overall experience just isn’t worth the hassle trust me.

Rip off

When you get a VIP credit, it’s not free. You were charging tariffs now you’re not charging tariffs, but you’re charging and you don’t even specify why or what it’s for you get free shipping but not really because you’re still paying for something somewhere along the line not specified.

Petite / Short styles are never in stock

I signed up for the VIP membership last year because I fell in love with the scrubs selection. However, certain styles/sizes /colors are only available for 1st time VIP members. I currently have 2 VIP credits, but couldn't find what I needed, so I ended up ordering for my husband to at least use 1 VIP credit. If this continues, I will most likely cancel my membership.

mobile website is complete garbage

mobile website is complete garbage. it took me 1.75 hours to complete my desired purchase, and I was only successful because I changed to a computer. It has been getting worse and worse for years.

Good deals and I like the stuff

Good deals and I like the stuff. The website however is one of the most awful, glitchy and infuriating pieces of garbage I have ever used. Everyone tries to do these fancy set ups on their websites now and it is a complete waste of time and money on your part. I almost completely stopped my order just cuz it was so glitchy..

Fabletics website is so frustrating…

The fabletics website is so frustrating to shop at. There is a huge delay when I select different things. I almost didn't finish my transaction because it was so frustrating. Too much going on. Needs to be more simplistic. I shouldn't have to download the app to use the site with ease. I am fairly tech savvy so it's not like I'm the problem.

What a terrible policy making people load all their personal info just to shop on your site! I'll drop my membership as fast as I get this stuff. Hope I can, but don't trust your company.
